Saw the other day that the prem has scored nearly 280 more goals than La Liga. Kind of crazy how bad defending is in the prem currently.

Attacking quality in La Liga is at an all time low as well.

Ah yeah, thought so. Generally more goals equals lower quality(womens footy, non league footy, sunday league footy) but that can't be the case with the prem.

The quality of the defending has obviously been poor, but it’s not the only reason there’s so many more goals. There’s just a higher quality of attacking in the prem compared to La Liga. It’s been an issue with La Liga for a number of years, which is why the amount of goals score there has been going down.
