I'm watching Friday Night Baseball.

At the moment it's just a few fans staring into a tiny square pool with some fish in it.

And this is the most action there's been yet.

Superb pics mateI don’t get away as much as I’d like to with the dugs and that my Maw is in a care home with dementia and doesn’t have long to go but this is what I like , sorry for sounding like a depressive vanker here but it is what it is

Sorry to hear that Piff. Dementia must be one of the worst things to deal with.

England will make the same mistake spurs did in the 2019 champions league final and play a clearly unfit Kane. Just because he is Harry Kane.

I hope he actually turns up to this time.

Sorry, this isn’t perhaps the best place to be opening my heartjust had a tough couple of days and I’m damn sure we all have pashy days

You're not alone, piff.

That Ollie Watkins goal had the same effect on a lot of us.

Piff mate I can relate. My father-in-law passed away after a real quick decline over 18 months just a few years back. My old man also has it and is in a care facility in Austin Tx. My youngest is visiting out there now. Due to visa issues I haven’t been out there for a few years but will now be visiting late September this year. Just got a 10 year visa

My old man used to think my son (a small child at the time) was me. Strangely enough though, his dementia really softened him up. He'd always been prickly and cold when he was 'all there', but he became much warmer and kinder towards 'fake me' than he'd ever been with real me.

We'd gotten on quite badly for years before his dementia set in, but seeing him act that way with my kid helped me to understand that he was actually just a product of his time and circumstances.

Seeing him in that new light helped endear him to me in a way I had never felt before.
