The one time the ref is meant to change his mind when being sent to the monitor and he doesn't do it.

More often then not they do change their minds, but it’s not a fixed rule, people have just got into this lazy way of thinking just cos VAR has said, look again..

Endo was penalised for much less blocking a player before Van Dijk goal against Chelsea. Endo stopped the defender going into he box. Silva stopped the keeper going for the ball. Chelsea player was too far from the ball and had no chance getting near Van Dijk while Wolves had more chance getting to the ball. That's a very bad decision by the referee in today's game

He's offside when he's backing into the keeper preventing the keeper from setting himself for the save. That's the whole point of Silva doing it.
