I think it probably matters less at these levels. I imagine there'll be huge state support and probably have very intensive training programmes.

Btw, that result you mentioned was the final GS game. England have made the semis anyway, knocking out Japan, who are another of the powerhouses in women's youth football.

England now play Spain, who won the last two editions of this tournament and also beat England in the Euros final earlier this year.
