Adders That has to be a record!
When you look at the form of Southampton, Forest, Leeds, Everton, Leicester and West Ham we really don’t need to improve much to climb the table. But can we find the goals to win games?
A perfect set of results tomorrow night would see us jump 4 places to 15th.
I'm not holding my breath.
You lot abroad can watch this on tv unfortunately us lot in Blighty cannot

Not much quality on display in this 1st v 3rd game tonight.
Just asked the Mrs who's next after fat Frank? I used to get a volley of, if he's fat what does that make you lardarse.... tonight just silence.

Think it’s the case that top players rarely make good managers. Lampard and Gerard the latest examples

I was offered hospitality for this game on Monday, but it was unlikely I'd manage to make it up to the Midlands in time unless there was no traffic. I assumed it would be on TV given its a derby.
I get an annual invite to hospitality to our game at the Villa but it does mean watching the game mainly with supporters of the other team. Did turn down the invite last season to go with a group of friends in the away end, which became a wee bit riotous when we scored 3 late goals
Lots of press reports linking Nunes with a move to Liverpool. But if that happens it will be in the summer not in January. FIFA rules allow players to play for a maximum of two clubs in one season and Nunes has already appeared for Sporting Lisbon and Wolves
Another move that won’t be happening in January is Dion Sanderson to Rangers. Wolves have no recall clause in his loan deal to Birmingham so can’t sell him without blues permission. But Blues have said they want to keep him until the summer and say he has been outstanding for them and was badly missed for the game against Boro this week when he was injured
Wolves are keeping quiet about which player is involved but evidently a first team player was injured in training yesterday and will miss the Villa game
I'm sure they'll let you know soon enough DJ.

Yeah, their defence was terrible against Boro and when Marc Roberts went off injured, they ended up with a back 3 which only had one centre back.

Rumour has it that it's Podence, been reported by more than one ITK people
Ah, no massive deal if it is Podence. I like him but we can cover his loss more than some others.
Club have released a further clue.
Two syllables, first syllable sounds like …….
Podence has more ingenuity and directness than most of them and whilst admittedly a lot of his work does not come off he could do with someone on his wavelength as I mentioned, I think he would be quite a big loss as he has played well recently in my opinion
Ok not as bad a loss as say Neves but not good at all
Last meeting between the two coaches back in September, 1-1.
Sa, Semedo, Collins, Kilman, Bueno, Neves, Nunes, Hwang, Moutinho, Podence, Costa.
Subs: Sarkic, Ait-Nouri, Jonny, Toti, Hodge, Adama, Guedes, Cunha, Jimenez.
Looks like it's Troare who is injured then
Bit surprised Costa is starting again. Hope this is his night.
Hope Traore isn’t out long term. Surprised we are sticking with Hwang and Costa. Clearly doesn’t think Jimenez is ready to play, and Cunha I suppose hasn’t been with the squad long enough. Would have preferred to see Adama instead of Hwang or even Ait Nouri in an attacking role
