Unfortunately Sandy is to stubborn with his Sanchez opinion, so constantly picks him to save face. Sanchez shouldn’t be anywhere near our team.

I have no shame in admitting I am dreading this match, I can see us being schooled by Woolwich, hopefully our lot turn up for 90 mins for once

Better than Dier or Davies. More mobile.

Won’t win a thing with our defence. We should have two new defenders in place ready to start this game. Instead we are left with Sanchez, dier and f a c king royal. We are so so easy to play against. Just make us play down our right hand side. We got nothing down there.

If Bentancur isn’t available and Kulu only got enough to start on the bench then we are in trouble.

I know we blitzed Palace second half, but for long periods of the first half they had us pinned back in our back third because none of our players could move the ball out with any degree of competence. They just kept giving it back to Palace over and over again. This is a massive, massive ongoing issue with this team - a weak defence that is under a disproportionate amount of pressure due to lack of ball retention across the back and middle.

Palace couldn’t punish us, with Hugo making a couple of good saves and them wasting some decent chances. Arsenal are a much better team and will have our pants down for it. Without Kulu our ability to play on the counter is limited too as he’s become such a vital player, and Son is playing like a clown at the minute so I don’t trust him to be clinical. Kane is obviously in great form, but is that enough?

I think we’ll do well to get a draw here and that’s not being a ‘negative Nellie’, it’s looking at the whole picture objectively and pragmatically. They are playing well, we aren’t. Our back line is making lots of errors, we can’t keep the ball, and players that are crucial to our success are either unfit (Bentancur, Kulu, Richarlison) or in dreadful form (Son).

Agreed Ace. I think if we are to win it’s going to take Bissouma to have his best game in a Spurs shirt. And one of Hjojberg’s better performances.

If Kulu is available then our chances are boosted. Gil has been doing well but not sure I trust him in a game of this magnitude. I could be wrong.

I would hope form goes out of the window in a match like this and we'll raise our game a bit more than usual. Knowing us we'll start to do that second half so best to make sure we limit the damage before then. We're finding ourselves now in a sad situation where we're hoping for a good result just to stop Arsenal as much as to help our own league campaign.

Yeh I don’t get this either. We can 100% beat Arsenal. We have the attack capable of hurting them, but it’s our defence i worry about constantly. A travesty? No chance. 3-1 Spurs

When we start playing well we play as well as anyone else in the league, it's just we haven't played well much this season and only in spells, mostly in second halves. Plus our record against the big teams so far speaks for itself.

I doubt we will win but maybe we can get a draw.
