what a lot of people dont get that to be accused of something is completely different to been found guilty of actually doing it in a Court of Law. I know this particularily well as good friend of mine was accused wrongly once. He lost his job, was assaulted a handful of times in his neighbourhood, his marriage ended and his kids disowned him. It went to court eventually and in the end was found innocent completey. It turned out the accuser was a serial wolf cryer and had done the same thing 5 times before. This information could not be revealed as it could have compromised the court case. I think the law has changed since so you couldnt do this anymore.
But there are many people, mainly attention seekers, who insist on gobbing off on accused people who know fack all about the facts who seem to want to judge people based on evidence that they read on SM and the tabloids. And even admit that they would still discriminated against them if they were found innocent. Some crazy people out there.

I had this conversation with a colleague at work (a female)- she was crucifying Mendy some months back and said he should be sacked by City forthwith. I asked her if I go to our manager now and make the accusation that you slapped me, should you be fired on the spot? She said why should I be fired.
I took my laptop and left her space.

Hi scholayScholes, do you think he has been found innocent?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
As it stands, he is a free and innocent man. Do you disagree?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can you answer my question first please?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
'The presumption of innocence is a legal right. It is also a human right under the UN declaration of same. Right now he is innocent.'
Can you now answer my question or are you going to carry on waffling?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Has he, by a court of law, been found innocent?
It's a simple question that you seem to lack the mental capacity to answer?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There is no need for a court to find someone innocent because it is a presumption.

All the women in the trial are innocent too but you say in your article they should all be jailed.
As it stands they are innocent. Do you disagree?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In the trial?? Have you followed this trial? One woman for a fact was found to be telling porkies. What do you think should happen to her? My word give it a rest. It is quite apparent you want the downfall of the fella.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
She is innocent no? When was she found guilty by a court of law? Anyone found guilty of falsely accusing someone of rape should absolutely go to prison but none of these women have been found guilty.
So they are all innocent. Do you disagree?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
She is innocent no? When was she found guilty by a court of law?
Erm this is exactly my point! surely you are not this daft. She has been found as a liar, she has gone on with her life with nothing happening to her. She should go to prison!
Someone here is telling a lie. Or do you genuinely believe that after this trial has concluded everyone is innocent?? The word innocent is not really difficult to understand.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, all these women are innocent so why are you calling for them to be jailed?
If she is a liar that will have to be proven in court and a jury will have to decide that they believe beyond all reasonable doubt that she lied for her to be found guilty. If that happens, then yes I believe she should go to prison.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Are you being deliberately obtuse?? The latter part of what you said does not happen. The woman that lied was dismissed and allowed to go home free. You dont find anything wrong with this?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mendy has every right and the resources to take her to court over a false accusation, and until he does so and she is proven guilty she is as innocent as he is.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why does he have to? You do not think the court should be the ones doing this? What exactly are you talking about here.
If someone fails to attend jury service, a judge can send you to prison for 2 weeks. Why exactly should someone be allowed to attend court, lie, and walk away free. You are one special individual.

What a disgrace!!!

I find it disgraceful how so many people are quick to destroy a mans reputation based on a womans accusations
I have often wondered why. is it some people are too stupid or are so jealous of other mens success they want him to be guilty . Or is it a simple form of virtue signalling
If there's not enough evidence to convict then this is the proper verdict. It's much like there wasn't enough evidence this season that Ronaldo was good enough to continue in the PL so he was released.

Jealousy runs rampant in this country. You see it with how happy folks get when our sports people fall or are failing. A very bizarre country.
One last question for Scholay or mediocrity guy. If a female colleague came to you and told you that a male colleague had raped her but the accused was someone you know very well and he says that she is lying about it, do you raise the issue further?

So what if we are in a room 1 to 1 together? Are either of us to be trusted? Both of us? Do we need a third person? What happens if they are also gay? Or a woman? We'd probably need a straight guy in there to oversee the goings on just to be sure.

If you are a man who is frustrated and angry that certain women can wrongly accuse people of rape and often get away with it... Imagine how frustrated and angry women are that certain men can actually rape a person and often get away with it.

What we now know these low lifes with no jobs but probably going clubbing every Saturday in Manchester saw a rich footballer, with riches, went to sleep with him, proceeded to lying and in doing so ruined the player.

It's much like there wasn't enough evidence this season that Ronaldo was good enough to continue in the PL so he was released.

what a lot of people dont get that to be accused of something is completely different to been found guilty of actually doing it in a Court of Law.

If he is found not guilty in the retrial, his career is over! We have seen this before. A complete and utter joke.
This is the world we now live in. Crazy times.

I would not particularly go this far and not something I would do, but I see your point especially where this world is going.

Yeah us men need to start fighting back. Can't go out at night now for fear of being accused of rape. It is absolutely terrifying walking around town centres on a Saturday night now. I just have to stay in and not go out.

You were probably dressing in a way that encouraged accusation

Jealousy runs rampant in this country. You see it with how happy folks get when our sports people fall or are failing. A very bizarre country.

One last question for Scholay or mediocrity guy. If a female colleague came to you and told you that a male colleague had raped her but the accused was someone you know very well and he says that she is lying about it, do you raise the issue further?

Wait, hold on. I thought I was the only gay football fan.
