Also, no way Hot Fuzz is better than the perfect Shaun of the Dead
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed. Shaun of the Dead is the better film.

Evil Dead 2 is also a great comedy horror film

It’s actually a grate performance by Campbell. It’s basically him for most of the film vs the deadites

Think it would have to be a good war movie (Saving Private Ryan) or something by David Lynch probably Blue Velvet or Mulholland Drive…

I can't watch films when I'm drinking. But years ago when drink with a couple of friends over Christmas it was hilarious when drunk watching the likes of Blazing Saddles, Life of Brian, Holy Grail, Airplane, Planes Trains and Automobiles amongst others. I suppose it's not so bad drinking watching a comedy.

Just asked the woman in Waterstones if Prince Harry’s book is available to download.

She said “do you want the PDF file?”

I said no, that’s his uncle.

Dunkirk is a great survival film! Though Alien 1 and inception are good films to watch

Problem with Dunkirk is that the story is quite obviously a fantasy. As if an actual country would abandon their entire standing army on a windswept beach in France to enemy fire and expect everybody with a small baoat in southern England to come and resucue them. Who they trying to kid?

I always forget this film when talking about favourites but it’s up there

So many great scenes

The spelling mistake and John Cleese making him work out his mistake before telling him to write it out 100 times

Actually the two times I tried to watch Inception I was drinking and fell asleep. This is why I stick to comedies.

I'll fall asleep to anything that isn't a comedy when drinking

Dunkirk one of the most boring movies I've seen. Couldn't finish it. Just my opinion.

My drink go to movies are Battlship and Day After Tomorrow.
