Bajcetic has to start if fit. Fabinho has been a key player for us but I'm staggered by the drop in his performance level. This could be rightly applied to numerous players but he and Henderson, who has been abject since the world cup, need dropped with extreme prejudice.

It has been two years since we played anything resembling 'gegenpress'. We moved to a possession based game with a high line as teams were afraid of us and therefore sitting in, making them difficult to break down. It took a good while last season for the team to really get it but when they got it they went on an amazing run.

A poor start this season and teams stopped being afraid and sitting in against us but we have persisted with the possession based game and high line regardless. This meant we've been done time and time again on the counter. Worse teams are pressing us with the intensity we used to press and we're being outworked and therefore can't play the possession game. So yes, we should go back to basics.

People can blame individuals all they like but the team is not working.

So far this season it looks like a rebuilds required. I think we can safely assume we won’t be top four now so we will have to work hard to entice players during the summer.

Very important the ownership issue is resolved by then, I think FSG have taken us as far as they can and it was always about the endgame and making a profit from the selling on the club from the off. I just hope they don’t stall the process to squeeze every last drop out of the club.

I think we should forget about the likes of Bellingham, the price quoted for him is stupid money. There are far better options for less already playing in the Premier League.

Give Klopp the cash in the summer and he will rebuild and revive the club. Be nice to get Edwards back on board too eh?

I don't particularly filigree but never really been a fan of three at the back myself either.

You can count on one hand the clubs that have one something playing that system and that across the whole of Europe too.
