Livi made sure in the second half they weren’t going to lose as many goals and just completely shut up shop when we had the ball. Don’t think anyone had a poor game tonight-everyone did well. Maeda was excellent-never stopped all night and in the right place to take one off the dish and get his goal. He’s completely lacking in technique and technical ability-but just love his attitude.

VAR is taking too long when checking the goals. Think they ran out of stuff to check for our 3rd goal.

Good result for rangers tonight as well. Sounds like Nielsen did his usual and tried something different against rangers and it just didn’t work. That seems to have been combined with a good rangers performance. 4 offside goals and a penalty overturned by VAR as well apparently. Just as well for Hearts or that would have been even more embarrassing. Credit to Beale-he’s done well to get his team steadied and get the results he has.

Rangers need to score over 1½ goals per game more than Celtic to catch up the goal difference.
3rd team well over a point per game behind.
4th team has fewer than half the points of Celtic.

I think there's still interpretation being carried out whether in the IFAB guidelines or not? If someone star jumps into a challenge I think it is being given whether it comes off another limb or not whereas if you've made no 'obvious' attempt at making yourself bigger it is applied per the rule book. Unless you wear green hoops, of course.

Another round played another win. Its just a case of ticking the games off for Celtic now until the maths do the rest. 14 to go 10 more wins required assuming Rangers dont drop any points including a trip to our place.

Greeting about decisions both correct and wrong is part of their identity as a fanbase by this point. Very tedious.

I thought Rangers were class last night passed rings round the Hearts team and could have ended up double figures if Sakala and Morelos could stay onside while they can see the whole line, there is no excuse for being off.

First proper glimpse of the style we are aiming to play and a performance like the unbeaten season. Fully convinced we will be at least be on par with Celtic by next season.

Thought Taylor was excellent first half and then dropped off 2nd half
Some of the things Hatate is doing is worth the ticket price alone
Maeda , constant threat and was involved all night - great display

Also thought Starfelt was excellent

Have to say , crowd was dull as fck last night - We can complain about the GB and Bhoys but honestly for games like last night without them it would be a morgue

Debated with Stevie on here a few weeks ago about the Abada goal that was disallowed for offside against Livingston after the Livi player tried to clear it. He agreed it hit all the criteria, but then waffled on about some made up point after that. Even when the criteria is in front of folk, they’ll still refuse to see the point about inconsistency and poor decisions-because why would you when you’re the sole beneficiary of it?!

Since the resumption after the WC break nothing to separate the league form of either side. Beale is undoubtedly getting more from largely the same group of players. Goals for and against during this period would be an interesting comparison for what it's worth.

Assuming we see out the league title this year it augurs well for a tight tussle for the league next season which can only be good for our league.

Every situation is different though.....folk just narrow it down to "the same thing as the last time" when there are always other factors

The cry is for consistency.....I get it, I do
