With Partey, there were messages published weren't there?

There were, but there were massive bits of the conversation missed out so while they look pretty bad, it's not as cut and dry as what was shown with Greenwood. At least, in my opinion.

For me it's the audio/video of Greenwood and the injuries he allegedly caused. The way he talked to her wasn't good. People can't get that out of their minds. It's easier to believe Partey may not be guilty as we've not seen something so first hand.

When I first saw this article title I did think it was a little off Mason arranging a Victory Party too...

Partey hasn't been publicly named and the media are not allowed to talk about him in terms of the accusations.

They don't have to praise him though.

But he’s playing very well, nobody is praising him for being a good person

Good question
I was stunned by the mason incident when it first came out, but if charges were dropped and the girl is back living with him. I dont see why the club should sack him
Rivals fans are going on about Greenwood and all that but some of it is mainly driven by something other than morality
Ronaldo
Benzema
Partey all have had worse incidents and still playing
Whatever decision the club takes i will support.. hopefully they have made plans for an outcome like this

Do you have audios or visuals or these alleged Ronaldo/Benzema/Partey incidents?

I’ve seen some publications say today that Greenwood should never play for England again. The same publications who have been praising Thomas Partey constantly for the last few months.

I just love these ITK articles!

Have seen anything to say that Greenwood will play for Utd again or any other PL club in the near future?

We have NFL owners. What Greenwood did is typically a 6-8 game ban in the NFL. I doubt the Glazers will care overly much about reintroducing a prize asset to the squad. They’re still the owners. Don’t extend his contract and let any new owners coming in make the decision. Let’s be honest, if we get Saudi cash he will probably be made captain.

I for one never wanted Ronaldo back at our club (aside from football reasons it was a bad idea) after reading how he described the what he did to that woman in his initial witness statement.

Looking at social media 90% of the posts I've seen on utd boards and threads outside of 606 don't want anything to do with him, be interesting to see what the club does

I've no doubt in my mind that the club will be looking at these factors too. Optics means a lot to a club like United.

I’m not 100% convinced they’ll do the right thing here.

The club and sponsors didn’t mind though.

It is a strange one when it comes to who the media do and don't target.

As far as I'm aware they are/were both being accused of the same crime.

The photos/audio will follow him for the rest of his life.

If United don't terminate his contract in the short term, the inevitable public backlash will compel them to move him on. Commercial and corporate partners will want to disassociate themselves with the club.
