You Guys should hire Poch.. Decent young players would probably buy into his high energy/hard work approach.
I'm not as well informed as some of you Leeds fans but from the outside looking in, I felt he was quite unlucky in a lot of games. He had you playing some proper thrilling football at times. That Liverpool game was brilliant.
You'll know more than me. Did he actually deserve the sack? I think people forget he did take over a sinking ship anyway which isn't easy to turnaround.

From that response I assume you believe he's been woeful? On what grounds is he any worse than Biesla was in his final year? He took over a side that were shipping 4,5 and 6 goals for fun every week and saved you from certain relegation. What on earth did you expect from Marsch? That he was suddenly going to achieve mid-table with little to no backing financially? Come on. You're dreaming.

I find the hostility/sneering towards Jesse Marsch very unjust. Did well to keep Leeds up last season, having taken over a team who conceded 20 goals in Bielsa’s final five games. Struggled this season, but that seemed fairly inevitable #LUFC
One Leeds fan here who agrees with you fridgeboy but I’m definitely in the minority. . Better side in a lot of games, more chances in a lot of games. But Missed chances and defensive errors killed us. Small margins between midtable and relegation trouble in this league. This side is a rcb and a left back off being a decent premier league side. Marsch’s biggest mistake in my view was not addressing that/demanding upgrades.
Others will tell you the football was rubbish, narrow , frantic, but the figures tell you on almost every stat we’re a midtable side - except the only one that counts. And the one that counts is what gets managers sacked.

Surprised this journalist didn't see what every Leeds supporter and almost all the TV pundits were seeing every week.
Tactically inept, played far too narrow, stuck with players who were totally out of form or in wrong positions and only replaced like for like subs.
Nice guy, talked a good game but really was out of his depth
Please not back to Bielsa, back to ‘basketball tactics’
Good and strong defensive strength is not one of his priorities….slam dunk football is good if you win, but hell if you lose games consistently, which he did.
He reminded me of an athletics coach with emphasis on running and less on ball skills, the players looked like 5000m or 10000m runners.
I was disappointed also with his attitude to team selection in FA Cup games, his record of winning games was woeful, didn’t seem to recognise the tradition of the competition, the fans feeling of a good cup run.
In my opinion we would have been relegated had he not been sacked, the players looked burnt out, the defence was a joke!
I fear Leeds are in downward spiral now, coaches will probably come and go…that for me will be the Bielsa legacy, I thought he was overrated his defensive failures are forgotten by the fans, a kind of amnesia!

He got great financial backing.I don't know what you mean
I know it's beside the point now, but I'm getting really tired of the 'Bielsa shipped 4/5/6 goals a week crowd'. Yes, it got ugly towards the end but some have used that to distort the narrative and make it seem that this was the norm week in week out. It wasn't. Look beyond games against the big 6 in 21/22 and Man Utd in one match in 20/21, West Brom and Derby in a couple of freak games in 18/19 and there's nothing there at all.
As for who comes in next, well, I'm not too fussed as long as we don't see any ex-England basket cases (Rooney, Lampard, Gerrard) or anything sticking with the Red Bull style (Hasenhuttl - god no). A bit concerned that Chris Armas is apparently still with us.
It would be hilarious if Poch did take the Leeds job... I know it seems unlikely but don't underestimate what clout The 49ers may be able to yield.
Spurs fans would abolutely conbust especially as it would virtually ensure our survival this season and pip them for a Champions League spot next season.
Oh please God make this happen just for comedy value alone 🙏
