If the individual deserves sympathy, that underscores how wrong it is. But even if the individual is a monster, it's a terrible thing to do anyway. Firstly, it foists a monster on some other country, makes it their problem to deal with. If it's a dangerous person, perhaps we are endangering their citizens when our own security and justice system should be expected to protect ours. Secondly, it creates a precedent in which governments, potentially acting according to unethical motivation, can simply deport and wash its hands of undesirables. Would you want to give a government led by Nigel Farage this kind of legal scope?

SO its the Govt.s job to look after your kids. Should they also make sure they dont play on the xbox too much, go to bed on time and do their homework.
This is what kids at 15 can do now:
From the age of 16, teenagers who've been on hormone blockers for at least 12 months may be given cross-sexx hormones, also known as gender-affirming hormones. These hormones cause some irreversible changes, such as: breast development (caused by taking oestrogen).
So a child of 15 is adult enough to take hormone blockers and begin the process of changing their sexx but are not adult enough to recognise that ISIS are an extremely violent terrorist organisation, and that running off to join them in a war against western civilisation where you have enjoyed the freedoms and liberties for the 15 years of your life so far, will have massive consequences.
I am not sure whether this judgement is the right course of punishment, but this girl should be held totally accountable for her actions despite her age, like any minor committing a serious offence should.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
While 15 year-olds can legally do all sorts of things, they also can be groomed and manipulated into making harmful decisions in ways that renders them victims of crime, in the eyes of the law of the land. (If you doubt this, then why not try it out, and see how the criminal justice system responds!) They are also criminally responsible from the age of 10 in a swathe of areas. I'd venture that running away to marry an adult dude falls more under the 'grooming' category, while any crimes against humanity carried out while in Syria very much falls under the latter. A key point is that by declining to bring her to justice in the UK, we are resolutely NOT holding her accountable in the legal sense.

Just out of interest should we strip citizenship from every UK citizen who has committed terror offences, or just the little girls who get groomed and raped?

allegedly

What? She was 15, it's not even up for debate (under our laws).
----------------------------------------------------------------------
she wasnt raped in this country, but where she ended up and being forced to marry and have 3 kids.
Funnily enough she's realised the freedoms & liberties of this country, you know the things that ISIS hate and were fighting against, are actually pretty good.

Children do tend to learn, yes.
But again, feel free to answer the question. It's fine if you can't (won't)

Terrorists aren't welcome here and if the government can get rid of them for any reason, then do it.

She never had Bengali citizanship or passport.
She was 15 ffs. The UK gvt had a duty to protect her as a minor from grooming as they have for any British subject child. And failed her. Kids do stupid things sometimes.
Its disgusting.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
SO its the Govt.s job to look after your kids.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes its the Gvts job to protect underage British children from people who seek to corrupt them. Even brown and non christian ones
The rest is just whataboutery drivel.
