It’s interesting about the debt situation.
We all obviously hate it, but it was a cleverly planned thing to do. It was a debt that hasn’t crippled us.
And the Banks love it.
And I’m sure the Banks are hating the idea of losing making money off UTD, and will have their people advising the Glazers to not sell to the Qatari’s.
Cos it’s not in their interest. They would love UTD to be in debt forever.
Also, it does hurt, and I use the term loosely, but hurts UTDs credit line in the long run... but obviously won’t matter if Qatari’s own us.
From a capitalist point of view, what the Glazers have done is execute a brilliant financial strategy.

But yeh, wipe out the debt is priority whoever comes in.
So UTD can spend all their money on themselves, and not be filling the pockets of pen pushers on Wall Street!

Point 2. Stadium. Personally, I don’t mind razing O.T to the ground and building a 22nd century state of the art stadium. We are getting left behind.
Either way, Stadium needs development ASAP, as will as Carrington.

3. Be for the the people. Be for the community. Involve them. They are the life blood of the club.

Give Ten Hag a 10 year contract.

No mention of human rights records so far.

1) Allow us to spend a large % of our club generated wealth on players, staff, infrastructure etc

2) Create a very good club structure that puts football/results first.

3) No real need for a 3rd, but being debt free would allow us to better achieve 1 and 2.

I want an owner who mistreat people who work for him/her/them, up to the point of dying.
Who jail people who criticise them, with no trial.
Who outlaw homosexxuality
Who do not believe in democracy

So assuming that to be the case, you will find people will concentrate on football.

Of course it could be you are in a small minority who do want an owner like the aforementioned. In which case it's best to say it and avoid confusion.

I was expecting the human rights thingntkngeature in some peoples answers, and was interested to find out where within their priorities it came.
