It could be asked under Bielsa how many shots and how much possession did we have against most we played!..
Wolves only did to us what Bielsa was doing to others, but we didn't score what we should have with them stats!..

He's done well so far albeit been quite lucky. Could have easily lost to Brighton and Wolves as both battered us, plus Firpo's tame shot shouldn't have gone in against Southampton. I like him, but I agree with LIW, we should get who we really want in the summer. I'm not sure with our current management, Orta and playing staff, that we'll do any better next season. I'm not fully sold on Gracia but he'd be the cheap/easy option to keep him on if we stay up.

Double the percentage of possession, double the shots, double on target, more corners and 20% better passing accuracy. Given Wober and Meslier made a few point blank blocks, yeah, we could have easily lost that. We were clinical for a change, like Villa and Fulham were against us this year.

They had a spell in the first half & another spell after Traore came on, but at no point in that game were we ever being "battered".
Stats can be very misleading.
We stay up, Gracia’s stock will rise. I agree that it isn’t cut and dry as to keeping the job or not, as someone posted previously this summer is massive for us and we need the right man at the helm. If we do look for someone else I’d prefer we stayed away from those that didn’t fancy the task when offered.
