Sorry Bobby but anyone condoning violence by an official has no place here

Wasn't even a foul. You see it all the time defenders brushing off opposition players with their arm. It is a contact sport and not every contact with the arm is a foul or yellow. State of the game these days, honestly. Man up.

Maybe if players stopped abusing and confronting officials every time they feel hard done by, we wouldn’t see such actions.

If Robertson had done that to anyone in a bar or in the street he’d have had his jaw properly swiped.

And they need to stop it too, goes on far too much, certain players are terrible for it, Bruno being a prime example, Robertson does it often also

Garbage. When did you last see anyone get a jail term for punching someone in the face unless they had a string of previous convictions or it resulted in severe damage?

The law is more lenient than you think. To the point it is now the major bone of contention in todays politics.

I hope it’s seen for what it is. Someone trying to do their job, being grabbed at from behind and shrugging the person off. It’s reactionary and it certainly looked nothing more sinister than that. If anyone grabbed anyone else from behind you’d push back and pull away.

What’s he meant to do? Stand back and listen to another in your face spittle flecked tirade from the little gobsheite?

Blown out of proportion. Yeah he caught robbo, so what...maybe it was accidental maybe it wasnt. Nobody was hurt; move on have a word with the lino and ok maybe ban him for a few games...also have a word with robbo, stop grabbing officials fella.

What should he do? tell him to feck off? Elbow him and face the consequences. I'm no Liverpool or certainly Robertson fan but he DID elbow him, there was no shrugging like some have said, so therefore will get a ban.

If you saw that as a swing of the elbow and deliberate to catch him in the face at that height then fine.

I certainly didn’t.

Undoubtedly he’ll get a ban though.
