Oh I agree - I said in the thread when I posted this originally that you could put almost any City player into one of the positions, especially Rodri.
I just like a little bit of variety when selecting from the teams; Rodri, Casemiro, Paulinha, Partey, one of the Brighton midfielders... You could make a decent case for any of them in that role. I think Fulham have had a brilliant season and Paulinha has been absolutely pivotal at the base of midfield for them.

Shaw is unlucky not to make either
Kane has 26 league goals so should be in.
Probably go with Saka over Salah.

I’m actually one of Alisson’s biggest critics which is not to say I don’t think he’s very good but I think we makes lots of errors that he somehow often gets away with.
However, stats show that Liverpool should have conceded 10 more without him in terms of xG while Pope is at +1.6 in xG.
Salah has PL 19 goals and 30 in all comps in probably one of his worst seasons. I agree Saka has arguably been better overall but Salah is a great player.
Carra’s team is spot on apart from Zinchenko tbh. Would probably have Ake or Robertson instead but apart from that he’s bang on.
Nevilles is pretty spot on. Pervis is a good choice in a season without any real stand out full backs.
Haaland wide left is madness btw đ
Can't shoe-horn Kane and Haaland both into this surely? Might as well put Saka left back so you can have Salah as well.
Why is haaland on the left?
Kane has to be there though. Think it’s a case of Haaland outshining what has been a very very good season for him. Barely any games he did not contribute to a goal this season
Alisson is arguably the best keeper out there and has had a great season. And Salah, despite this supposedly being a bad season, has still produced very good numbers. I don't get why people argue against these two being in a team of the season.

Devonshirespur - not sure how often you'd watched us this year but Alisson has been tremendous. That's not to say he doesn't make errors but the saves he routinely pulls out are fantastic. He's saved us from a couple of real thumpings.

You couldn’t be more wrong about Allison, He’s been our best player imo, though obviously not had much competition for that. He has saved us a shed load of points and we’d arguably be mid table or worse without him.
