The club said "an announcement on a new Leeds United head coach will be made in the coming weeks".

^^^

I was about to post the same thing Light. WEEKS.
Absolute clown car. They have no earthly clue what
they're doing. Lived off the memory of Bielsa as
long as humanly possible. Found out.

I have no doubt whoever the new bloke is, they'll be
asked to take whatever's left of the current squad
and kids, and make it work. That's this Leeds.

When we went 1-0 down to Spurs, for once I was relatively relaxed and kind of accepted our fate due to 'You get what you deserve'.

Unfortunately I was under the misconception that we could start afresh with the knowledge of "lessons learned', incomings and outgoings and financial health (relative to 2004), putting us in a reasonable place to attempt the Championship. - Due to my blind love for Our club, I forgot to remind myself that this is LUFC we're talking about and just around the corner is another sick joke waiting to spring.

Well here we are with an owner that's focusing on an Italian club, and if reports are to be believed, allegedly has used the ground as collateral.

What is it with our club, why are we continually stuck with such bizarre goings on and fiasco's.

Yes Lads and Lasses, 'We are the laughing stock, the laughing stock of Europe..., We are the laughing stock, the laughing stock of Europe...' - gut wrenching.

The only candidates linked atm are Gerrard, Rodgers, Corberan. Iraola is available also so perhaps we'll reignite interest in him.

Need a manager in next week as the friggin transfer window is open already.

Radrizanni could ruin any promotion attempt by delaying a sale. Nothing can be sorted until it’s confirmed what the ownership situation is and 49ers won’t want Radrizanni involved at all. What a mess, crazy to think that 2 summers ago we were full of optimism after the first season back up

The logical choice would be Corboran

Knows the club, good style pedigree at this level, high ceiling perhaps

But suspect he won't come

Tbh, if I were him, I wouldn’t touch us with a barge pole atm.

Couldn't the coming weeks mean in the next fortnight? Not much point in doing it before then as the team are all on their break.

Maybe? Just hope somebody, somewhere within the hierarchy of LUFC has a plan …

But if a Manager was in place they could be discussing planning , strategy and preferred targets surely in the next few days, but as it stands we're able to do diddly squat.

So squad all away on their hols and we cannot sign anyone new until a week on Thursday, I am perfectly happy with no decisions being made in haste.

Yep, understand the point but equally, we don’t want to appoint a manager with little time to plan for the transfer window, which may even result in them (new manager) acting in haste, scared of losing out to rivals? Anyway, we’ve also got the small matter of the ownership situation to resolve too. Oh to be a Leeds fan.

Wonder how much Leeds paid Big Sam the wonder man for zero wins? Admittedly he did now have much time and talent to work with, but he knew that going in.

btw: Wonder why he always seems to be available?

So, Radz sacks TC on 6th Feb 2018 and appoints the Heck a week after the transfer window closed, sacks Bielsa on the 28th feb 2022 and appoints Marsch a few weeks after the transfer window closed and sacks Jesse on 6th Feb 2023 and appoints Gracia shortly thereafter a week or so after the transfer window closes. Good god man, planning for transfer windows, not sure you've been paying attention.
