How refreshing to have a manager who doesn't come across as a miserable bellllend after the last few years
Looking forward to seeing what Ange can do. Hopefully gets the required backing. Seems like a good bloke and a very good coach.... All the reports are that he could do well. Plays good attacking football and unlike our previous managers, actually looks like he wants to be at Spurs.
He has my full support..... Over to you Levy.... don't fack this one up
On the otherside of Ange tweet when he loses it and says "Do you want to be a soft team" 💉💉💉
I like what I see in the training session. If it clicks with him and we get some good players in, manage to keep Kane, then I reckon we could have a good season with mainly just the league to focus on. No World Cup or European Championships and no European football. We should have fit players throughout the season but we need to make sure we don't leave new additions late so they can get to grips with his style of play.
Top 4 and a trophy should be the aim, if there are early signs of things falling into place.

Id be happy with Top 6 and a trophy. If Kane doesn't sign a new deal or get sold this summer, that could be major distraction/ could see a drop off from (Protecting himself ahead of a mega bucks deal.
If Kane goes I honestly have no clue..... we could finish anywhere from 5th to 17th

PEH has no future.... Love it.... would love to see him be the 1st one out the door... He can go play for Jose at Roma.. He'd be perfect for them
Looks like you guys are growing in confidence with this appointment. Get behind him and he will deliver. Can only see good things for Spurs next season. After a slow start and some 5-4 / 5-6 shorelines you will be hooked 😂

No I don't like the fact Spurs have a history of playing soft, injury prone and flakey players.
Hopefully this guy weeds them out.

today is a tough day
watching the team talk link in the OP , not many managers can deliver like that

Me too. Can’t bring myself to watch these 🙄
I love the guy more with every thing I read or watch about him. Bloody hope it works out at Spurs.
If it does click, I can't see many of the old guard (Lloris, Dier, Davies, Hojbjerg, Sanchez, Perisic, Winks) still being at the club in a year's time. Postecoglou seems like he's viscerally against slow or backwards passing - plenty of those players have slow buildup, or lack of confidence, hardwired into their play now.
Another thing to be ready for is public club criticism if the signings don't happen quickly enough. He takes no BS.

I think it’s Hojbjerg your CDM? He is defo not an Ange type player. Expect him to go!
Also expect your ball boys to be a big part of your play too.

These players must go:
Dier, Sanchez, loris, sess, winks, hjolberg, skipp,
Jury’s out if these can play Ange system:
Porro, spence, udogie, Gil, los celso, ndombele,
Must purchase:
Gk, 3 x cb, lb, rb, am, rw
This is the minimum I expect from the summer to go from conte to Ange or it will be another manager not backed properly

Could get a bit awks!
It’s gonna be interesting, whichever way you cut it this is a huge step up for him and the sternest test of his career.
I would bloody love it if he succeeds.
This first year is going to be brutal for any manager coming into the club - ridiculous amounts of dead wood, unhappy players and disruptive influences.
Zero consistency with anything relating to football at the club bar mediocrity.
Generational player going into final year of his contract, next best player possibly on the wane. Long time servant and club captain leaving.
We’re a mess - he is a brave man.

3 CBs 'av a word with yourself.
LB and RB positions need assessing. Porro could flourish under Ange, he clearly has attacking talent. We havent even seen Udogie yet and I think Davies is worth keeping as a utility man.
I would add another CM in there, not least of all because Bentancur is injured until November and may not come back the same player.
Im all for getting in young, athletic, hungry players. Dont need to be household names, they just need skill, desire and a willingness to learn.
Gk, 2 CBs, CM and a forward will do with no Europe
Shifting players is gonna be murder and can see the signings we need dragging on cause of this and missing out on the best options
