You probably want to learn how to spell his name if you want him
Any
Think with the money, resources and players at our disposal, any experienced manager with a squad big enough for a 50 game campaign should get us promoted comfortably. Parker or Gerrard the top 2 linked imo, genuinely don't get the criticism for Gerrard. He ended Celtic's run of total dominance. Villa well overacheived under Emery for me.
Only Rodgers on that list.
Other Three w@nkers should be nowhere near our club
Agree only Rodgers.
Really don't understand what seems to be the majority wanting an experienced Championship/Premier League manager.
How many clubs really pull up trees playing it safe?
Who was Thomas Frank?
What had Kompany done?
Potter before Swansea?
These are the managers that really transform sides. Yes they could go wrong.
But the ceiling is much higher than with someone like Parker.

Noted and corrected sir.
If you want someone who can likely get promotion first time of asking and keep us up in the PL then you go for Rodgers.
Being in Championship just loses the club money, just spend the money to get it right

They still had the likes of Mings and Young playing for them. All they had was Watkins up front scoring goals for them. I wouldn't have Buendia over Willy/Sini/Rod and Adams for me is better than McGinn. They got lucky West Ham, Leicester and Chelsea all had nightmare seasons.
Can someone list what it is about Parker that everyone seems to hate? Leaving out 2 championship promotions ofcourse.

I just don’t like the guy.
As regards Brendan Rodgers, he has said he is taking
time out away from football for a while so that rules him out of the running. Corberan is the one for me.

I initially thought Parker would find the pressure and expectation of managing Leeds too much but the more I think about it he does have a good cv and has played at big clubs and he would get us playing an attractive style.
So although I'd prefer Rodgers I've now come round to thinking Parker wouldn't be a bad choice if we can't get Rodgers.
No idea but i do know they shouldnt be taking any notice of what the fans think.

Yes I read that too. I'm wondering whether he was holding out for the Spurs job and when he didn't get that he's made that statement but money talks so if The 49ers really want him and put forward a tempting offer in front of him he may change his mind.
C. C. is similar to Parker for me and I wouldn't be upset if he got it but just a bit worried about the pressure kettle environment here at Leeds compared to Huddersfield where he did well on a tight budget and maybe others know better than me, but isn't his playing style a bit dull and defensive?

Oh hang on, he’s signed up with someone else hasn’t he? 😖
There’s no sensible comparison between Scott Parker and Carlos Corberan. Corberan has won absolutely nothing whereas Parker has won trophies as a player, got 18 caps for his country and won two promotions as a manager.
We could do a lot worse than Parker.

I think that is virtually impossible for the owners not to be aware of who the supporters favour especially as a lot of Leeds fans will feel perfectly entitled to have a say in it all as it is they who spend a lot of time and money following the club and effectively paying the players, manager and staff wages.
The fans are the heartbeat of the club.... They are the clubs customers so you can't ignore them and in any case weren't all the previous managerial choices those only favoured by the Leeds heirarchy ? Maybe a few like myself as a desperate last resort suggested Big Sam with 4 games to go but apart from Bielsa the other's who were not fan choices were not very good.
It's always a gamble who manages Leeds and you can't stop fans speculating about it and you just hope there are sensible football knowledgable people behind the scenes that make the right choice... but there are still no guarantees of success, we just all hope for the same end result which is Leeds getting back to the Premier league ASAP.
