Light Brigade, are you the son of the Donn?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think I’m his carer.
Cant wait to see what people say when things do start!..
I'm thinking the 49ers ain't going to give Kinnear as much rope as AR did, and the way they stopped the Harrison move says they've more say than what AR had!..
Mind it is their money so they should have more to say, a shame AR didn't say a little more!..
The thought of changing the Dong's pampers,
Looks like the Viera news was premature.
Farke seems to be the favourite.
Hold up looks to be EFL's approval of 49ers.
We have to be patient. No other choice.
We all have different opinions on matters surrounding the club, which is how it should be & it gives rise to the usually friendly debate on a forum such as this.
However, surely we were in universal agreement that the one thing we couldn't afford to do was wait until almost July to even start the process of rebuilding.
Whatever the reasons for it taking so long, it's ridiculous.
White, did you listen to Phil Hay on the Square Ball?
49ers have a very methodical process. He said they
analyzed the most successful Championship teams
over the last 20 years to find any and all determining
factors as to why they succeeded. And what the
manager in particular brought to that success.
They then applied that to their search for a manager.
Basically, analytics. The 49ers NFL team has applied
that to their team quite well. Maybe it'll work for us?
Who knows? When I heard Hay talk about it though,
it did match what I know about their approach to the
NFL, their GM hire, and Coach hire.
This could be good. FWIW, I hope they hire Farke.

Morning all🌞.
Yep, in the cold light of a new day, my criticism does seem a tadge harsh but I’m just letting off steam and deeply frustrated with our club atm.
Oh well, onwards and upwards and I wish you all a good day.

Not to worry - this club tends to have that effect on us.
He did say “in the next few weeks”.
Best not to let it get to you and just hope their method is sound.
Maybe they have made a decision but can’t put it out there until they are sanctioned as owners?
By sanctioned I meant approved 🤣🤣🤣

Fair comments.
If they are taking their time due to having a clear idea of what they want, then yes that can only be good.
I think frustrations surface because we're used to our club being run by people who have no clue.
I also agree that Farke is the one I would prefer from the supposed interviewees.
looks like Farke got the job. As low as 1-5 on with the books
Take it they didn't check out Farke's record in the Premier league. Even Huddersfield and Forest managed to best Norwich and stay up for another season.
Doubt he's ever had any money to spend?
Yep it’s looking like Farke - in which case, I think they’ve made the right decision.

^^^
He really didn't. His net spend was crazy.
When he got Norwich up twice, both with 90+
points, the club had sold their best players
the summer before and hardly spent anything.
The issue was he wasn't supported financially.
Despite Orta blowing millions, we can't say
the club didn't give him funds. Maybe Farke
with our new ownership will be a better match?
On player front, Hammond's connections to
Newcastle have us linked to Karl Barlow. That's
a yes from me if true. Always rated him.

Cant say much for Huddersfield but how did Forest beat us this year?..
Were they a better team before their new boss flooded them with new players?..
Or did they do the same as Newcastle and got better than us after they found a bit more money?..
Sometimes you need a bit off luck to get the right backing, and I'm now thinking the way the 49ers are doing things, we've had the right people for a while but not in the right place!..
Hopefully it is Farke they're aiming for, him or better!..

Don't care about how premier League record.
Far as I am concerned that's an issue future Leeds can sort out.
Right now he has a record that makes him the best at getting us out of this division and that is all that matters.
If it is Farke (which I hope it is), doesn't that suggest
Stuart Webber's joining later on this year once his
non-compete period's over? I'd be okay with that. But,
part of me wouldn't mind Hammond being taken on
beyond his 3 month contract. Either way, things now
seem to be moving in the right direction.
