We’re selling Telles to Saudi Arabia for £15m!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Even they know he isn't very good.
Darren
Surely there’s a photo of him kissing the Wolves badge somewhere.
We're not going to be perfect this year and, of course, getting Kane would be better in the short term.
But I can live with Hoijland as a very strong prospect (who could turn out to be an absolute gem), supplemented by Rashford and Martial, perhaps with Toney joining in January on loan.

I think we will get Rasser this summer, then Kane on a free next season and be well set up!
….
This is filth, I love it.

The Haaland comparisons would seem inevitable. Looking at clips of Højlund, there are similarities; he's 6ft3", he's very powerful and fast and of course, he's Scandinavian.
---------
At least their names are not at all similar.
Apparently he gets a lot of but he misses loads of chances.
Sounds like hes ideal for United.

Flamengo after him as well as al Nassr apparently, so we should be able to recoup a decent fee.
£15m is more or less what we bought him for, no?

He's just turned 20 a few months ago. If he's getting on the end of loads of chances at senior level in one of Europe's top leagues then that's a major positive. Consistency in front of goal will hopefully come with time and experience.
I think the club are hoping to pick up Rasmus this season and then Kane on a free next season, assuming Bayern cannot get a deal done. With Martial out the door next summer.
Get Taremi in for 20million in addition to Hojlund and bin Martial off.
Martial ain't going anywhere. If we manage to get Hojlund then I think the most likely signing after that would be a DM (especially if we get rid of Fred).

Supposedly he's agreed terms with Milan
He wouldn’t have the Taremity to turn us down if we made an offer, though.

I'd be a bit surprised by that strategy. I'm not sure i'd understand the logic of signing a 20 year old for probably £50m, and then the season after, bringing in a guaranteed starting striker, effectively consigning Hojlund to the bench at the point by which you'd be looking for him to kick on a gear in his development.
Yeah I think if we get Hojlund now there's no chance we are getting Kane at any point.
Bags of potential but no doubt a risk. I really wanted Evan Ferguson but he signed a new deal.

Yeah but Manchester United do things differently.
Man Utd have agreed outline personal terms for Rasmus Hojlund. Gap in club valuations so will take time but talks to continue over deal. #PSG also pursuing. #MUFC in parallel dialogue on Kolo Muani + others

The BBC are now reporting that we are looking at other alternatives to Hojlund, including Muani. Looks like their is truth in these rumours.
Muani doesn’t seem to play a similar way to Hoijlund so it’s a strange back up option.
