Why?
As said, has anyone else outperformed him on that budget? The answer is a hard no.
Is he in the top 1% of managers on trophies won in that time? Quite easily.
Your issue seems to be with the word 'miracle' which is quite obviously, to anyone normal, just a phrase as they don't actually exist.

I obviously need to spell this out then. Pay attention and read this carefully stupid.
Since Klopp came to Liverpool how much have they spent, both NET & Gross, and what have they won as a return on that spend?
Comparatively what have United spent, by both metrics, and what have they won?
We know that United have spent far more and won far less. Simple enough for most you’d think. Try and give a fair answer to the above and we may get somewhere.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You’ve got you knickers all twisted again, why are you comparing with United?
No one has claimed United are performing miracles, read back through the article
4 trophies in 8 years is a lot of trophies though, especially when 2 of them were the big ones.
Just because there have been freakishly successful managers like SAF in the past and Pep today, doesn’t mean that Klopp hasn’t been extremely successful.
Think he has 6 ‘top 4’ trophies too
Wouldn’t describe it as shiiiiite loads, though.

Why are you comparing LFC under Klopp to Ferguson who left a decade ago and Guardiola who is the manager of a rival?
You’re struggling with the simple idea that we would compare our progress, spend and success with our contemporary rivals whilst you’re comparing it to a manager who left your club a decade ago. It’s my with me undercrackers in a twist though
