Raya is being vastly overrated by lots of fans. If he goes so Arsenal, so what! Will probably just be sitting on the bench.

Lol Raya is a good GK but not great. With a year left on his contract £25m would be a good deal.

Not only is that 10m lower than what they were asking, it allows us to spend more this window if we want.

Yes it's a great deal tbf.
Worked out perfectly, keeps Ramsdale on his toes and if Raya wants a permanent deal he's going to have to impress quite a lot which shouldn't be an issue he's proved the last two years he's a top keeper.
Vicario has been ok. He is a bit like Hugo in that he has some areas of his game that are really strong. But he has obvious flaws also. He is young so I am hoping he develops well. Needs better overall awareness imo both in where he parries and also where he situated in his goal frame for shots.
On Raya and Arsenal, he will displace Ramsdale. Raya is good, Ramsdale is decent. But his floundering with passes under pressure has and will continue to cost arsenal.
Our new goalkeeper is a Levy El cheapo deal.
Questionable at best. No CL or Premiership experience.
I fear the worst...but we'll see.
