Just seen the same - insane, I hope it's true. When it came to the crunch I was gutted he was going.

I'll wait for morespurs to post, he'll know 🤣

Fair play Harry is true! Ange also if that’s the case!

So you lose £100m, and Kane can choose where he wants to go next season. Even if it's United, Arsenal or Chelsea.

Doesn't sound like good news for Spurs from where I'm sitting.

Get in! He wants to join utd next year.

Morespurs in SHOCK!

posted on 10/8/23

Would be surprised if Bayern went this far without some sort of guarantee he wants to join

Its the right thing for club to sell But I'll be delighted if he stays......Its not my money. !!!

I have to admit I was gutted when I saw the headline but it was a feeling of pure sentimentality.

Surely if he wants to stay part of the deal is he has to sign a new contract?

Has Levy Played a blinder here and pushed him into a transfer he doesn't really want..... Outcome being he signs a short term deal with Spurs and he can go to United in 2 years ?

Club can’t make him go. Contracts work both ways. He owes Spurs nothing. So if he decides against the transfer this later in the window and decides to leave next summer for nothing, he will have my blessing.

In the meantime it’s on Ange and the club to convince him to extend his deal.

I’d say you can stay if you sign a new contract

And also perhaps Kane is annoyed Bayern have taken this long to reach an agreement with the club. I’m sure his future being in the balance and taken so long hasn’t helped.

I wonder what they deciding factors are:

Stay:

+ Promising new manager
+ Better style of play
+ Hopeful new signings
+ Been at the club 19 years
+ Great support by fans for Shaktar game, despite uncertainty.
+Madders Joining - good friends
+Wife Pregnant with 4th child
+ Uprooting family.
+Chance to break prem record
+ IF things fail at Spurs can go wherever next season.

Go
+Guaranteed domestic trophies
+ Double wage (although we've offered to match it)
Champions League
- Loses chance to break prem record

It doesn’t work that way but. He can stay and still refuse a contract at this point and the club can’t do a thing.

If true, Levy's sphincter will be looser than Katie Price

Donet think Kane wud want 2 up-route his family n go abroad at this stage of career

Do wonder if Bayerns antics of outing Kane saying he's already agreed to join them would have irked him a bit.

Still feels 50/50

Yeah laid out like that it’s a no brainier from Harry’s perspective imo

He’s spurs through and through, he wants to stay and be with the club he’s loved by. Fack you Bayern !

I just can’t wait to see Tuchels Gormless face when he signs a new contract with Spurs

For those (like me) who found last seasons "will Conte stay or go" speculation tiresome just imagine what it will be like for the next year or so if Kane stays but won't sign a new contract!!?
