2 poor sides, we never looked like scoring and they would not have scored aside from a silly penalty given away.

Well that was awful from Leeds. Even worse from Birmingham but they got 3 points and we got none. Same old Leeds. Hopefully this will show the owners how far short we are though

No season is won or lost after the second game. Long way to go between now and the end of the season. How the board decide to approach the next three weeks will be defining, however.

Agreed. Look at todays results. Nothing has been sorted yet. Leicester look good though.

Nobody is saying the season is over. But why are our fans having to watch this garbage? It was obvious to anyone we've needed a striker & some creativity in midfield for aeons.

Don't get me going on Dan James. Brainless, luxury player. Thanks for that one Orta/Bielsa. I've said it before, but summer 2021 was where these problems started.

Think the owners have buried their head in the sand over the prospect of selling players and means the club is now in a lose/lose situation, certainly in regards to Gnonto.

See people pretending the club has all the power in this situation. We absolutely do not.

Isn’t there a limit on how many loans you can have we’d have to be close to it

Think they looked much more like scoring than us. This team probs mid table at best. We desperately need creativity and have done for a few years.
A striker obviously and some steel in defence. Otherwise its going to be a very long season.

Don't mind the defence. Meslier Drameh Rodon Struijk is perfectly fine. Could probably do with a LB, but we will see.

Most pressing issues are midfield and striker, and now, rather annoyingly, winger.

Its not pre season anymore. We need to get the transfer situation sorted asap

Need a centre-half, left-back, 2 midfielders & a striker.

A very worrying situation, it appears we do not know which of our players are going or staying. This means we do not know what funds we will have to invest in new players. We have a whole team hiding in the treatment room some of whom spend more time in there than playing.

The team we put out today was so weak it was embarrassing. Brum were poor as well so it looked like we might scrape a draw. We somehow managed to shoot ourselves in the foot and lose.

I hope our owners now appreciate the seriousness of our situation and have learned that there is such a thing as relegation in our leagues.

Please “support” another club. You never have one word of praise or encouragement and only ever make comments when we’ve lost. You are just so depressing.

Cheers guys. Going before I see the Prem scores.

Looking back, think James has been catching a lot of unfair flack. Didn't think he was bad today. Average, and his end product is poor, but only player that looked like he was causing them problems, for me.

I think Poveda is much better wide but today had to move inside and let Shacks run the wing. Not sure why we set up that way but I’m not the coach.

James and Byram work well together and I can only see them getting better.

We desperately need bodies back though. Jack will be a huge asset if we can keep him.

We need a clear out though:

Costa
Firpo
Sinestera
Summerville
Gnonto
Adams

All could go if the fight offers come along.
