Our last clean sheet was Saturday 25th February 2023. Too depressed to write anything else tbh.

L1 here we come...

If I gave my thoughts on today I would be barred from 606 and It's not the manager or those who played today would be on the receiving end.

Seriously we're going down again this season, unless we sort this squad out in the next 3 weeks

I agree.

Need 5 signings in 18 days and need to hope that 3,4,5 of them aren't flops. The striker will surely be a foreign gamble and a miss would leave us in trouble.

We aint going down

But we ain't anywhere near close to going up

Mid table at best rn

Can someone explain something to me, is Perkins injured, being readied to be sent out on loan or is he one of the guys who refused to travel today.

We wont get relegated.

Lets not get too despondent. When we last visited the purgatory of the third tier, we weren't signing players of the quality of Rodon or Ampadu. Quite confident that this may be a kick up the rear and more decent signings coming - have to really, no question, and DF will push for it, sure about that.

Trying to keep level headed until at least 1st September.

Costa not available as hes looking for another club. I hope we aren't paying his wages then

Paraag has already painted himself into a corner with his statements about being "aggressive" and yet delivering a really poor transfer window so far.

My understanding is that despite requests, the club is still childish in its refusal to grant interview to BBC.

I think they could do a lot worse than speak to the people whom they have granted broadcast rights to and give us an update with what is going on rather than leaving Farke to face endless questions.

For me the only good thing that's come out of this summer is Farke, he comes across as decent, honest and properly understanding the club.

We've left things far too late in the transfer window, this is 5 points dropped now from 6 and if teh 49ers do not spend money this window then we are doomed to another year in Championship (if we're lucky!) and then next summer dealing with Rasmus, Aaronson, Llorente, Wober, Roca, end of loans to deal with and probably still have Firpo and Rutter on books.

Let's be honest, cancel Costa's contract and Firpos, sell Rutter at a loss if you have to, but stop wasting time with him.

Tell Gnonto he's training with 21s or you're suing him for breach of contract, same with Sinisterra if he was same as Gnonto and tell Summerville its happening to him to if he is wavering.

Sell Perkins if he's causing issues.

Buy a striker, 15 mill should get you something.
Buy a creative midfielder, 10 mill should get you something.
Sanity check your medical procedure no we're not signing injury prone players.

Sell Adams if he wants to go.

Oh and bin that pink strip, we have 100% loss record with it

I dont Think Farke likes Perkins. Not really used him at all yet. Even in preseason. Seems strange and i could be wrong

DF says he’ll know by Sept 1 who wants to stay but would prefer to know now exactly who is committed. “The closer we enter to the end of August the better.” #lufc

Why wasn’t this done when Farke started?

Asked about Perkins absence he says he’d rather have less subs if people don’t show in training. Wants a fully committed group.

I can see Summerville wanting to go as well. Hes thick as thieves with Sini and Gnonto

posted on 12/8/23

It's unacceptable full stop. These new owners have had plenty of time to help Farke have better quality players at his disposal. This stinks of yet again trying to do things on the effing cheap.

The supporter displeasure and tolerance is at breaking point after today and unless there are significant additions ready to play Friday we're looking down the barrel of another defeat.

Furthermore it is more than likely going to spiral into a championship relegation scrap for the rest of the season if the majority of that team that played today is all we have to choose from after September 1st.

If those 3 go we’ll be lucky to finish mid table and that’s without considering Adams and Harrison potentially leaving.
