Burn the fecking feckers at the stake (Radz, Orta, Kinnear, Paraag) … and no, this is not a metaphor … it’s literally what I would do to those feckers!!!😡😡
To be fair, Jack Harrison has put a lot into the club over the years. Out of all of our players, he deserves the move - although Everton under Dyche seems like a curious choice. I take it he had a relegation clause, like the others. Good luck to him.
Isn't there a limit to how many players we can loan in a season, and haven't we now reached it? Loan clauses = Radrizzani-Orta-Kinnear incompetence.
Wonder what Gnonto's thinking. Jeez. I'd imagine he's really pi$$ed off that he doesn't have a clause.
Well, Farke warned us that it would be a bumpy ride. I hope Marathe and co are working hard on negotiating contracts for new players.

Don't think anybody ever defended the loan clauses, can see exactly why they were put in though, to get the deals over the line. They stupidly believed the players were sigining were good enough, if they had been they would have been vindicated.
But surely Harrison is different matter, he didn't join on the same kind of deal as Aaronson, Roca, etc. We are loaning him to Everton for a loan fee and if it works out they can but at a pre arranged rate which will probably be undisclosed, probably not his true worth, not compelled to buy but we have no say in it.

It was widely reported earlier in the window that Harrison had a release clause amounting to about 16 million. The only reason that I see why we would accept a loan with a buy option/mandatory purchase is if it amounted to more than that.
It sucks, and is a lasting legacy of Victor Orta that he managed to invent such a detrimental clause in a contract, as I have never heard of such a thing previously, but we have to hope that some players can go for cash and we can start properly building around players who want to be here next week.
Last loan allowed isn’t it ? This means the good news is firpo will be staying because no one will buy him, these lot leaving need to remember we will be back and they will probably play against us one day and we don’t forget, I am lucky enough to have had a few pals who have played for Leeds over the years and I always say they are lucky to have played for Leeds but we are even luckier because Leeds is our club,

The loan release clauses were not there to get deals over the line. They were a trade off for installing salary reductions in the case of relegation. But what’s the point in having a salary reduction if you can’t keep them and can’t get anything for them.
Harrison’s is the same deal and was included in the contract extension signed in April. Which confirms the previous point. These deals weren’t to get players in, they were to get them to agree to relegation wage reductions.

No criticism of Harrison from me.
Surprised he hasn’t got a better deal tbh.
I never imagined even in jest that we could appear to be in such disarray that it feels after 2 games our hopes of promotion are dead in the water and all we can hope for is to not get relegated again into league one.
Everyone on here has said everything you would expect a fan base to express at the sheer disgust at what is unravelling and the horror of wondering who the fack has taken us over... It's turning into an absolute nightmare... I just can't believe what has happened since relegation... it's soul destroying and quite honestly I'm almost broken to tears by it all.
Seriously this is now excruciatingly cruel and if there isn't like Batts says some kind of public explanation and reassurance to let fans know we're not Ridsdale level bankrupt because that is how it seems, I will draw my own conclusions that Parraag and his crew are just another load of chancers and full of crap.
Actions speak louder than charming soundbites... Get on with it 49ers or suffer an almighty fan backlash on biblical proportions!

My thoughts on the matter are, these people aren't stupid, they are mega rich for a reason and therefore, awful as it all looks now, we may in hindsight, in a couple of years time, look back at these posts and realise just how quick to judge we were.

Totally agree Kebab, after all, he negotiates contracts in his sleep doesn't he?
So that’s a £15-25million player we are getting zero for. That’s great, sure we can buy lots of players for that.
Adams, Gnonto and Sini to follow.
Only need a centreback, leftback, 2 CMs, 2 wingers, a number 10 and a striker then, not much to get in 2 weeks.
A great position to go back up ruined by terrible transfer business

CB probably Phillips for half the price we get for Tyler Adams or the Greek lad who started today for AZ Alkmar.
