It's like your Sunday league team being a man short and you have to knock doors to find an eleventh player

That was a response to Rutters inclusion
Is their a team out their that would pay 3.5 mill for Rutter
When was the last time Leeds took the lead?
Should have won. Getting to be a theme that. Credit to them though. Put in a great shift.
And breathe. A point is better than nothing.
Which is also what Rutter offers.
Well, there we go. Some of us got the draw prediction right … but we needed a win.
Anyway, many thanks Earl for the thread and thanks to all for putting up with the banter. No harm intended.
Go well all and have a good evening👍
Cheers Earl Cheers everyone
Going to be a busy week. Come on Farke.
Thanks, Earl, great thread.
A lot of possession and very few chances created.
3 without a win against 3 poor sides. More outgoings due and a waste of space up top.
It’s worrying.
Welcome to the EFL. Where"s VAR when you need it?
Team gave 100%, just no real goal threat.
So frustrating..hardly any luck and if WBA are play off contenders on that showing so are we as we were definitely better than them. Anyway Ayling for centre forward, cracking finish.
I hate, hate to single out individual players, you want to support anyone in the shirt.
But man, I struggle to see any point to Rutter.
35 million for a player not ready for the championship is probably the worst signing I have ever seen... And we signed Brolin
Thanks Earl
Better than a lot of the predicted pre match pumping forecasts
Those on the field actually looked like they were putting a shift in for the club
I’ll take that
Thanks for joining in everyone
We're getting there I think
Maybe the James haters will cease for a while now...
Hmm ... concede to a handball and denied a clear penalty.
Got a point at least, despite ref's best efforts
Thanks for the thread, Earl. Cheers all.
Same old story I am afraid. WB are not a good side but we concede from their only chance. In contrast we have loads of the ball but create little and need a defender to score to save a point.
Very worrying, apart from 5 minutes after equaliser offered very little against a side that were there to be beat

I agree.
Not happy saying it. But, what a travesty.
Orta might go down in history as the
biggest fcking idiot in football.
A frustrating game. Referee was poor. Beyond the handball for the goal and the penalty he didn't give his over fussiness was shocking
Some pros tonight. Both Meslier and Struijk seem a lot more themselves. More settled and composed.
Rodon looked what we needed and we generally looked safe at the back
James I felt was very good bar his obvious missed sitter
We did enough tonight to win against a good side despite having a squad urgently in need of signings
Cons. I don't see enough in either Gelhardt, Shackleton or for the time he was on Greenwood.
Rutter was invisible. The need for a striker who will get involved is huge
The midfield in a creative sense lacked. Ampadu is authorities but we lack physicality too
The lack of options from the bench is a massive concern. We're about 5 players short.
These Americans got the club basically half price. Enough is enough. Get spending on what we need or do one
