Better than I expected

Waggy - the new Didzie? Thommo - the new Knight? Two fabulous performances there but truth be told all were really good after a tentative start. Pboro were always dangerous on the break and there needed to be some good game management. Lots of standouts but a word for Nelson who put in some vital blocks, Wildsmith for some vital saves, Wash for some selfless running and Smith for some solid midfield knitting together.. Good to have plenty of options in spite of all the injuries and an injection of pace and craft.

All credit to Fiji but the worst England side I have ever seen. 🏈

I have seen him let us down loads of times, mainly by being caught offside. Div 1 defenders probably aren't good enough to spring the offside trap on a regular basis.

Since when has muscadet been pink, or is there a joke I haven’t noticed?

Like the Championship where you have players too good for Champ but not quite hit the mustard in the PL the same could be said of Waggy and McGoldrick. Too good for L1 but not quite as good at Champ level.

And well done Derby, they have been better since the back four.

But was it a back four? Looked more like a three to me (although of course that was my conclusion from a small screen aspect.)
