Yeah the entire team asleep and left them 1 on 1 with the goalie, so let’s blame the goalie.

Not sure what onana was thinking apart from, fack it he’s going to score anyway..

I thought the Forest striker finished it really well to be fair. A little shimmy and placed it in.

He did but I just felt Onana made a mistake by backing off so much.
It wasn't a great performance again but we showed some character at least to recover and get the PTS.
The same issues and problems we've been talking about for the last two weeks were all on show and Forest really exposed us in that opening period.
Bruno our best player.
Rashy didn't play well, but had a hand in all three goals.
So far I'm happy with Onano.
We lack cohesion in defence, midfield and attack, and rely on individuals.
And, get this, Antony was quite good, really.

Cheers 52.
That’s Rashford in a nutshell.
I like Onana too but he was poor for their opener.
Glad to hear Antony played well. He’s been made a bit of a scapegoat for our poor start to the season.
From my perspective, the first few minutes were a total shambles, reminiscent of the Liverpool, Brentford and City games where we capitulated last season.
Then we played pretty well for 35 minutes, built pressure, turned the ball over quickly and played a styles of football I think ETH is trying to implement. Final 10 we looked tired and gave up a lot of possession without forest threatening too much.
Second half we started well, played some decent stuff but always looked vulnerable as we did versus Wolves, always felt one pass away from their striker being through on goal.
All in all it was a good result considering the start but some red flags for me. I just don’t think we have the players to play the way ETH wants and win consistently, we lack a ball player, we lack the stamina and energy and our forwards are just too careless in possession.
Injuries to Shaw and Verane show our lack of depth. Any of Rashford, Bruno or Casemiro out and I’d be very worried.
Thought Rashford played pretty well myself. Had a few bad moments but no more than anyone else really.
We scored three goals and he was involved in all of them. That's what he's in the team for.

Agree on Rashford, but we can afford a player like that if their rest are well drilled and good in possession, but they aren’t.

I'd always play Rashy despite him often being poor for 80 minutes. He makes things happen, he's fast and direct, he wants to get in the area. He frightens the opposition.

The cohesion is on ten hag. He’s had a year to get this working, and we’ve seen signs, but seems not brilliant ones. Antony was good today to be fair to him. It’s very early so maybe we’ll start to build as we go and the cohesion will come.

No he didn’t. A player with his talent and abilities should offer more, much more.
It was very unitedy. Our defence remains very questionable. Our formation is susceptible to counters. Our attackers still can't score, and every single player is unreliable.
We won though.
Fee things. 1. Rashford on the left is sacrosanct. 2. Antony cutting right with regularity was wonderful. Whatever started it should drive it in his head to continue. Maybe he'll finally have an assist
Antony did play a bit better today and even used his right foot a few times. I couldn't believe it.
It's telling that it was Rashford n Bruno who pulled us out of the mire again though. It never seems to be Antony who does.
Martial was a complete non event too.

Think you're picking at his faults because you don't like him.
I'd sell every single forward at the club before Rashford, excluding Hojlund who we haven't seen play yet so not possible to say.
