Annoyingly I think it will click soon for Chelsea and they will be right up there.
Hope I'm wrong though and Poch is sacked by Xmas.
They gave Potter much longer, but if they keep losing he'll be a gonner in the next couple of months.
They will probably bid £200m for De Zerbi around Christmas.
Their problem has mainly been up front. I fear that Cole Palmer may solve that problem
Caicedo has been rubbish but he may still come good.
Potter had 21 league games which takes Poch up to January. Potter did win his first 3 games though.
Don't get your knickers in a twist girls, Poch is here long term , and we're coming to get you .
Dan , another short term glory hunter
Considering the comments so far there really isnt much quality footballing knowledge being shared

I do actually think Poch will do really well if given the time. However, I'm not sure the current owners have enough football knowledge to give him the patience that i think he will need.
Such a high turnover of players in such a short period was always going to be a tough one so unless it all clicks in the next few weeks I think Poch could well find himself (unfairly imo) under early pressure.
I really don't know what Poch will bring....his history is generally failure & Spursyness - we aren't that club...or at least haven't been in the last 20 years

A bit of a strange question given how long Potter was given.
I think you can put your rod back in its holdall now and pull in your nets!

Ordinarily after coming 12th a team would rebuild and look to progress up the table and get to top 8 or 6 as the next step, like Klopp managed in year 1, and Poch @ Spurs.
Seeing as Todd has gambled big on success, time is probably not on Poch's side. Pressure is on and with 4 pts after 4 games that will only ramp up.
They'll stick with him. Who else would they get?
But I'm sure they can't continue to be this bad.....
He’ll be fine but thanks for your concern
The next 4 Prem games are massive for Chelsea, their run to Xmas after that is as brutal as it gets. Poch simply has to take at least 9 of the next 12 points otherwise he is heading into hell holding a water pistol.
Poch is from the Bielsa school of small squads to create maximum unity, it’s an integral part of his philosophy. The size of Chelsea’s squad will be pizzing him off and is probably the main barrier toward him making progress. The ownership need to get on board with the philosophy of the man they’ve chosen as manager by changing their absurd approach to the transfer market.
How many more big spending, trophy-less seasons has Arteta got before he has to actually start winning things?

Think Chelsea and PSG were bad choices for Poch after the Spurs gig. As you say, he is all about building squad unity which is difficult to do when you are bringing in 10 and losing 10 every transfer window.
He'd be more at home at somewhere like Brighton or even Liverpool who only generally spend what they can generate and tend to have more of a team spirit and connection with the fans than the spend big worry later structure of clubs like Chelsea and PSG.
