LB, RB and RW selections are wrong. Of we lose this, Erik's in for some stick.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
LB and RB is only wrong if AWB is fully fit. If he’s not then what else is he to do?

RW though? Hate seeing Bruno there. Maybe he’ll tuck in and Rashford and Hoijlund will both push right up. We’re gonna be under the cosh a bit so having those two with Bruno and Eriksen able to hit the early balls for them to run on to could be the biggest threat we have.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

So 2,.maybe 3 positions picked wrongly.

Hopefully it's McT playing from the right so that Bruno can stay central.

----------------------------------------------

That would be even worse.

Bruno is capable of producing from that side, especially if he has somebody half decent to aim for.

McTominay's scoring form for Scotland has been a product of him making late runs into the box from central positions and half spaces. Hopefully he can provide that same threat today.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'd just rather see Bruno in his best position but a good point re McT for Scotland. Let's hope he can produce.

As Mike says, AWB may be a doubt fitness-wise. Or maybe the less dynamic midfield three means we want more passing quality at RB.

As for Bruno in the right attacking space, who else is there? Pellistri clearly isn't trusted to start: he doesn't do the off-ball work to the standard required.

Bruno will drift inside and we’ll pack width because of it, hopefully his ability to pick quality early passes will benefit Hoijlund.

Reckon Pellistri will play around 10 minutes and show lots of promise again of what a proper right winger can do, before being back on the bench again the next game.

Wolves only have themselves to blame. Could have easily been 3-0 at half time. If you don't take your chances you'll get punished! Same happened to them at OT!

Score predictions then guys?

Trying to be optimistic, 2-1 win. But I think it’ll be a struggle

Christ. Feel free to disagree but it's extreme vanity to think enough of your own understanding of the game to call someone with ETH's achievements 'stupid'.

Onana to pass it well, but to concede a soft goal.

How far away from being back are the below;

Varane
Mount
Amrabat
Mainoo
Shaw

Don’t think anyone else that’s out would feature much anyway.

Draw at best. We could be played off the park here. The main hope is that Højlund rises to the occasion.

RE: Dalot over AWB, I guess Reguilon is likely to be used as a wing back, and maybe with players shifting across to cover counters down the left side, maybe ETH wants the RB to tuck in to midfield, which favours Dalot's profile.

Whatever the reason, it's a bit of a concern because Wan-Bissaka did really well against Mitoma in the cup semi. I can't see Dalot matching that.

So I reckon it’s a diamond formation then, there’s no wingers today. Dalot and Sergio wing backs

While I loosely agree with red russian, simply blindly agreeing to something that someone in a more senior position to you is also not wise. I mean look at the state of the UK government for example

Eth has tried this multiple times, and each time it has been shocking. The only difference this time is rasmus, so maybe there's something there.. who knows. This is essentially a "first time" with Bruno on the right and rasmus in the side.
