It’s very very early to be declaring Ange as the messiah. Yes he’s off to a flying start - let’s see if he gets Spurs to a CL final and challenging for the PL title.
I think Ange will get Spurs back into the CL for sure

Poch was amazing for us but never got it over the line. He had chances. Partly hamstrung by Levy and the stadium. Loved the guy but his end had come if we weren’t going to back him.
Never wanted him back this time round.
Loving Ange - but it’s 5 games. People need to calm down - we’ve been here before.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ange was asked if Spurs fans should get carried away:
"When asked in his club interview whether the fans need to temper their expectations, he responded quickly: "No, no, no, let them go, let them go and enjoy it. My role is not to burst people's bubbles.
"Let them get excited, let them get ahead of themselves. That's the beauty of being a supporter. They go through enough pain mate, you want to let them enjoy it.
"If they think we're going to be world beaters then great, that's up to us to match that expectation. Our supporters deserve to have some happiness and enjoy it any way they want to."
Postecoglou wants everyone to have a smile on their face and enjoy the football. That's what the game is to him and why he got into it in the first place and that's what he wants his players to feel."
Trust the man.
I wouldn't like to compare the 2 when Ange has only just started his career with us. For now I am happy with the start we have made and by all accounts we look like we have a good manager playing football the right way. Still feel there are loads of hurdles in the way for Ange yet.

How's your new boy doing? Do you play attacking football under him? 5 wins from 6 games is a great start.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah so far so good, much better than the clown we had last season. Very good to watch on the ball, similar to Ange in philosophy - set up to overload and use the ball to create chances. Think we should be back in the PL next year all being well
This article is far too premature. We’ve had a good start but we haven’t really played anyone that tough and we nearly got a shocker of a result yesterday.
Arsenal and Liverpool games will tell us a lot more.

Of course the next two games will test us. But already Ange's substitutions have made so much more sense and actually won matches than Poch in his era. You could argue that Ange has more decent strength off the bench, but too many times Poch's substitutions were ineffective and either too late or too odd.

This is really premature to be talking like this. Only 5 games into it. Ange will get things wrong too, he already did with the cup game. Also Poch never had a season with no European football so in some ways this is definitely a blessing for Ange. How will Ange do when he has the same on his plate?

I get the 'bit premature' bit but as I said, it's a bit of a prediction that from what we've already seen there are reasons to be optimistic and to think that this team and manager look better placed to take things further than Poch ever did.
Plus Ange has given us permission to get ahead of ourselves. So I'm taking the chance. It might all go to schitt and if so, I'll take it on the chin.
It just feels that we're in a better position than when Poch was there. Bissouma > Dembele, Maddison > Eriksen, Van de Ven > Vertonghen, Romero > Alderweireld, Sarr > Sissoko, Udogie > Rose etc
And if it gets to the stage when a couple of signings are required to go all the way, the club will have more resources to back it.
