How was CHO's debut? He's had a torrid time at Leverkusen, and although i've never been the biggest fan it would be good if he could turn a corner and make it to the top.

He was good. Brilliant goal.
If he stays injury free🤞he’ll be a bargain.

CHO can feel pleased with his performance. Grew into the game, and had a good second half topped off with a very good goal. Got sponsor’s MOTM (although I’d have given it to Aina)
Thanks for posting.
We need five CBS tomorrow, and I think Mangala should start ahead of Elanga.
My head agrees 3-1 City, but my heart says a draw.
This season is going to be a season of transition similar to last year. I hope our owner stays patient as we won’t reach a consistent best until after Easter.

Three CBs
Carnage on the team sheet.
Let’s call it an interesting selection. If this team had played together a few times I’d be quite excited. As it is I think it is a big gamble.
City missing a few big names though so who knows

There are two ways of looking at this selection.
It is a surprise for us and City. If it works well, we may pull off something special, if not, it could be a confidence killer.
Certainly not anything like the team i was expecting, thought CHO would start. Tbh it is a bit of a ‘free hit’, as long as we don’t get hit for six again.
No one expects us to get a point, me included, but as long as we don’t get absolutely smashed, and the team performance is there, then it will still be a step in the right direction, last season was 6-0, and we were quite fortunate they took their foot off the gas, this season i happily settle for a 2 goals deficit, anything better than that is a bonus. 3-1 City.
I'll be satisfied with a better performance and better scoreline than last year.
Come on You Reds
It's going to be long afternoon.
A long afternoon methinks...
Can we have a ‘second’ ball on the pitch, because City just won’t let us play with the match ball, they are awesome.
Guess Coopers ‘master plan’ needs to go back to the drawing board,
Tavares injured? Worrall on?
Aurier RB, Worrall CB, Aina LB
No - Coops goes for Montiel
Omg Tavares replaced by Montiel, didn’t think we could get much worse, just hope Monday night was a ‘blip’ for Montiel, and that’s not his level, though he is a World Cup winner.
Can we get to half time without conceding another?
