Agreed. They just had to mate with Vikings and have their offspring colonise England.
If they had known what monster they were creating I'm sure most of the Vikings would have used the withdrawal method.

According to Zionists own “irrefutable proof” (i.e. the Old Testament book of Exodus) the main bulk of Judea decamped to Egypt following seven years of sustained drought. A generation later, Moses and Aaron led those people back out into the Samarian wilderness, adopting a nomadic lifestyle for another four generations.
Stateless they were. By choice.
Then the British came along in the early 20th century with their slide rule and carved up the traditional Palestine lands along with parts of Egypt, Jordan, Syria and the Lebanon.
And yet, the Brits went awol when Albanian muslims wanted to carve out a new homeland for themselves in Bosnia-Herzegovena, just as they did when Armenians decided that they were going to just take a huge swathe of Ngorno-Karabakh that is, and always was internationally recognised as historically and exclusively Azerbyjan.
British duplicity. Wrecking the world since 1644.

Pah! There must be one near you. Find it and ask them
First, post-war, there were heavy restrictions on Jewish people, including Holocaust survivors, settling in Palestine as it then was. Many Jews were even sent back to Germany. When the UN eventually agreed to split occupancy of the land between Jews and Palestinians, Israel declared independence in 1948, but was then immediately attacked by Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Saudi Arabia

Everyone knows the Jewish people have had a poor time always and a terrible time at least once.
Today there's plenty of antisemitism around the world.
Their original small country was a fair réparation so long as the Palestinian people were accepted as citizens and treated fairly.
Now is the time to begin to do do.
Much of the criticism of Israel is justified, but hard to take.
They are a small country surrounded by people who do not like them, states that have said they should be exterminated.
They are the only democracy there, and have made themselves a prosperous country without the help of oil.
But they have behaved poorly with the Palestinian people and need to put that right to achieve peace.
That also means Arab neighbours should accept the new status quo.
It would only be possible if all other countries supported it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There is far more anti Muslim or anti Palestinian sentiment IMO.
They have not made themselves prosperous. They've been made prosperous, obviously.

Why would they need to hold marches? I don't want to equate Jews with what Israel is doing right now, but Israel has been given the green light by the UK, the US, France, Germany, etc. To carrying out war crimes.
Secondly we have seen a child killed and nearly his mother too in the US just for being Palestinian. We have also seen any support for Palestine in France and Germany as seen as support for Hamas and lies being made up. Karim Benzema is being threatened with having his nationality stripped and the French government want his award Stripped. They have even lied about him being a supporter of terrorism.
The media are afraid to ask Israeli policitians or supporters of they condemn the killing of Palestinian children ans civilians yet any Pro-Palestine supporter is asked about condemning Hamas like they are part of Hamas (planting a seed that equates support for Palestine with support for Hamas).
The Western Press is very lop sided in its reports of the conflict there. They're ignoring what's happening in the West Bank right now with Palestians being detained, attacked or killed.
Hamas attack didn't happen in a vacuum. And the occupier can't be defending itself when it's been attacking and killing daily. It's akin to saying the r@p*$t has a right to defend itself when the victim slaps him back.

Are Jewish people holding marches, démonstrations outside embassies, is it their schools in danger from Jews.
You have no middle ground, anti Israel and Jews pro Palestine. Pointless discussing with you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What?
Israel was established and supported from day 1 by its allies.

This thread has descended into the inevitable 💩.

I believe my op was fait to both sides.
But some seem to just point a finger of blame one way and leave it at that.

Surely any British indiscretions can be blamed on the Normans.

People have literally lost job offers and have faced other attacks for supporting Palestine.

I don't see anyone losing anything officially for supporting Israel. But supporting Palestine is dangerous and could land you in hot soup officially.

the British came along in the early 20th century with their slide rule and carved up the traditional Palestine lands along with parts of Egypt, Jordan, Syria and the Lebanon.
********
It was the British and the French who betrayed the Palastinians who were promised there own lands if they rose against the Turks left over from the old Ottaman Empire
