Interesting you went for eating soup rather than drinking soup - I think a shrink would have a field day with you.

Only realised this morning that the Copenhagen villain last night was one Jordan Larsson...... ..
we're pretty schite in europe, tbh it's difficult to understand when we bring in quality players like yang & kwon.

I'd forgotten him already. Hopefully my forecast that he'll rarely, if ever, be seen again holds good.
holm as well, he looked tidy but hardly came in and dominated the midfield.
he's barely getting a look in now.

A bigger worry is BR saying that Tilio despite being a transfer record and back training is nowhere near ready for the physicality of our league - wtaf?

"We have witnessed death, violence and destruction in the Holy Land in recent weeks, with thousands of people - men, women and children - killed, injured and displaced. We are witnessing a tragedy of horrendous scale. As it continues, everyone at Celtic prays for all who have been affected. We also hope and pray for peace, and for humanitarian support to reach those who are in need and in fear. Many of our colleagues, supporters, friends and families have been affected by these events.
Against this backdrop of conflict and pain, sport can promote peace and demonstrate humanity and empathy for all who continue to suffer. For the Club’s UEFA Champions League match against Atletico Madrid this evening, Celtic and Atletico Madrid players and coaching staff will wear black armbands, as a show of respect and support for all those affected by the conflict. The Club is also making a contribution to the International Committee of the Red Cross to support people affected by the humanitarian crisis in the region.
The Club recognises that our supporters hold personal views to which everyone is entitled. As a club open to all, we all belong at Celtic Park. Celtic Park is where we come to support our football club. Recognising this, respecting the gravity of the tragedy unfolding and its impact on communities in Scotland and across the world, and in line with other clubs, leagues and associations, we ask that banners, flags and symbols relating to the conflict and those countries involved in it are not displayed at Celtic Park at this time.
As we approach this crucial fixture, as ever, we sincerely thank our fans for their positive support of the players and the team.
We thank you very much for your continued support of Celtic Football Club."
ok.
“Those are my principles, and if you don't like them…well, I have others.”
Basically the board are taking a vocal stand against the GB now. The Gb are saying they will hand out flags so the board are now requesting no flags
This will end one way and it will be the end of the GB.
Now as I have said before I am with the GB on the support for the Palestinian people. They are hiding their misbehaviours behind the Palestine stance
No flags of any country involved “it” πππ board are tying themselves in knots. Given the statements from the Irish political leaders, does that mean no Irish flag at Celtic park? Given the situation with the family of the first minister, no Scotland flags?
they can fvck off.
this is how narrow minded they are btw, there is zero chance this will stop someone bringing a flag and if anything it will only encourage people to do it.
they continue to disappoint.

For the avoidance of doubt, I completely support the board on this.
There's no equivalence between taking and Ireland or Scotland flag to a Celtic game and taking a Palestine flag and I'm astonished that some people can't or won't see that.
I'm anti the way Israel has treated the Palestine but I'm not pro the Palestinians either. I'm not pro-Sharia Law. I'm not pro- oppressive Islamic regimes and I'm not pro the clearance of Christians from the Holy Land.
And I'm astonished that anyone who considers themselves left-wing or socialist could be.
If the green brigade want to fly the flag then they should pay the fine.
Why punish everyone else
