I was going to post that but you saved me the trouble. Some guy on Facebook today asking how Bird gets in the team. Our home form seems to have improved at the expense of our away form. Next we might try winning at home and away.

I'm no expert but it feels like some players have maybe had some input on how they want the team to play.
