OP
Shows how easy it is to score goals in the German league. No hat-trick in five seasons for Spurs. Three in 10 games for Bayern.
At least you didn't mention Greaves this time, Sandy.
It may be a little easier to score in the Bundesliga and he's also playing for the best club in the league, but I don't think the difference in standard is as vast as you believe, nor does it make it any less impressive for Kane. Kane has already outscored Lewandowski for the first 10 games of any Bundesliga season and could well be on course for a record breaking one.
Great to see him scoring so much and enjoying himself, but makes him coming back to Spurs that much less likely. Suppose you have to move on though, and good that things look like working out for him.

People will say the bundesliga is easy to score in but even Haaland wasn’t getting those numbers.
No offence to spurs but perhaps they were holding him back and had he joined City he’d be getting 40-50 goals a season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No doubt about this. Now that he has moved there, he is showing Haaland is nothing special. He is getting goas laid to him on the plated, just like Haaland and finishing them for fun.
Haaland accolade is not merited for me. He can finish for sure, but Kane finishes even better. I will never see Haaland score from half way line - just doesn't have it in him.
Kane will break all the records imo
Kane is wasted in that farmers league otherwise known as the Bundesliga, there are a handful of decent teams and the rest are weak compared to the PL.
Kane really ought to be still playing in the most competitive league that is the PL, but at age 30 he wants to get the no trophy monkey off his back and shut the media up, that is why he is playing in Germany, along with yearly participation in the CL.

Vastly overating the PL there. But it’s billy, talks about as much sense as mr blobby
Some might defend the Bundesliga, but faaack me I watched the highlights - no Dortmund defender is within 2 yards of Kane for all 3 finishes, Upamecano has a completely free header in the area from a corner 3 mins into the game.
Absolutely shocking defending and Dortmund are one of the top sides - it was like watching Bournemouth at City yesterday or Sheff United at home to Newcastle

When you cross off Man City there aren't really many options left that guarantee a) a league trophy, and b) a decent chance at winning the CL. I don't think United would ever have been his preference for those reasons.
He would have moved to Real Madrid too, not so sure about PSG, but neither of those clubs made an offer and Bayern did. We could have kept him and actually had a pretty good chance to win something and then he'd possibly have signed a new contract. Not to be though.
Definitely don't blame him for moving but it's a shame with the timing of it all.
No doubt about this. Now that he has moved there, he is showing Haaland is nothing special

Haaland had 15 by game 9 in the PL last season When has Kane done that?

How many hattricks did Haaland score at the START of his Bundesliga career?

I think he means by playing for one of the elite teams.
When you look at how he's started at Bayern, it does make you consider him being able to get Haaland type numbers, were he also at City.
But Haaland did it for Dortmund - kind of the Spurs of Germany I guess. So is Kane nothing special, and if Kane and Haaland are nothing special then what striker is "special"?

No, don't extend this notion. Haaland is a finisher nothing else. Kane has more to his game on top of being a first class finisher.

Yeah, I wouldn't have used the turn of phrase "nothing special" when trying to lessen Haaland's value while promoting Kane's. They are both special and both capable of scoring for fun at big clubs, or even lesser clubs. If Kane had spent less time dropping deep for Spurs the past few years he may have had more.
Kane will always score goals. But Bayern winning the league fir like nine seasons in a row, shows you it is practically a one team league. Prem may go there as well, but certainly is not there yet.
Much easier to score in Germany, than in the Prem, even though the standard of the Prem top to bottom is dropping at an alarming rate.

Bundesliga might be easier to score in but there's maybe not as much in it as people think. If it was you'd think some of the records would be a lot different, like number of hat-tricks in a season for example. Both 5 for Bundesliga and PL.

Playing for City instead of Spurs who knows if he could have done that. Not impossible.
He has been stifled by the previous 3 managers with anti-football tactics. Despite this he still found the net regularly. Now he is back in a team playing progressive football and is flourishing. Sane’s game has also improved no end with the link up.
