Vicario is fackin fantastic

Brilliant player, wish we had him over our butter fingers keeper

Thought spurs were fantastic in general

You come out with far more credit than us. Hopefully the false score win just gives us a false morale / confidence boost so I’ll take it

But didn’t tell the full story at all, draw really wouldn’t of been undeserved

Fair play to you guys. After the antics of Arteta it was a bit of fresh air to see a little dignity brough back in to the sport

Romero and Udogie massively let the team down though.

Both could of had two red cards!

But agree with the rest of what you said.

Thought both teams were complete shīt tbh. Spurs gave an absolute masterclass in how not to play with less men. And Chelsea could have hit double figures if some of their forward play wasn't so brain dead.

Genuinely one of the most entertaining games I've ever seen though, loved every minute of it.

Fair play mate. But Spurs caused their own problems.

Chelsea were absolutely awful tbh, Spurs the better team considering the scoreline.

Had it been Liverpool, City, Arsenal it would have been double figures with those suicidal tactics.

Small club mentality tbh

I don't get where the praise for Spurs comes from to be honest.

You were all over Chelsea with them there for the taking, then for no reason at all lost your heads and it results in you losing the game.

Meh, don’t think we’re as bothered as most rival fans it seems about what happened last night. Says a lot about the current set up and mentality of the club, enjoying it all the way but yes last night was a massive Fack up.

That's not true. There was a period after Udogie's booking when Chelsea had the upper hand 11v11. Then Romero happened. Generally teams reorganise and adjust their tactics when they go to 10, but it seems Ange doesn't do plan B. I think you might have got something out of it if you had changed tactics - Chlesea were awful for most of the second half. But you gave them a gift with the high line. Jackson got a hat trick ffs. Says it all.

Hilarious that a Man Utd supporter calls other teams complete sh*t, but then again as he watches complete sh*t every week with Utd, he should know what he is talking about🤔🤣

Most spurs fans knew a title race was never a thing and we're just happy to be able to watch some decent football.
The sandys and moresperms do mean u have to suffer as a collective though due to their bragging and boasting. Even if spurs kept all their players fit, all season, winning the title was always silly talk.

Always felt Spurs were gonna take a beating at some point but I never saw Chelsea being that team tbh

Yes, I said elsewhere...I feel mush more reassured about commitment levels of our players and their desire to do everything to win.

We just need to be more professional in big games specially if emotions are running high. The atmosphere in the ground was already super electric and may have played a part in getting some like Romero over zealous.

Overall, it was a fantastic game for neutrals - Second game Spurs are involved in has had everything in it.

Wish other clubs would raise their fan pleasing barometer too!

Liverpool had 9 mem vs Spurs, parked the bus and lost.

Spurs had 9 men vs Chelsea, parked the bus on the half way line and lost.

Both LFC and Spurs came out with credit as against the odds they nearly rescued something from the game. They did it in different ways but ultimately failed.

So not sure one can say the tactics were all wrong because even with 9 we nearly got a 2nd goal, twice.

Yeah agree the boasting and failure to ever give praise to an opponent from the likes of Sandy is why so many other teams dislike Spurs even though they have hardly been a threat since Maggie Thatches was in power.

Tbf Sandy is a bit of an outlier as the support last night was great bearing in mind the beating they took. Do think that Ange looks a bit of a one trick pony tough. Wenger was the same and never adjusted his tactics despite the opposition and in-game situation. We took plenty of beatings as a result.

was a mad game of football

Your manager is annoyingly likeable; even after the game, he showed some class, unlike Arteta

I am, however, still unsure of the sentiment of being proud of the team, yes you showed fight but id be concerned that you played well for 10 minutes and then completely lost your heads and allowed us back into the game, we looked like scoring ( and did ) even before the sending off. Had you gone to a low block after going to 10 men you would have at least got a point
