Here you go N2, these are the quotes you’ve asked for. Obviously you’ll twist them and somehow justify them, because that’s the kind of person you are. You’re a terrorist sympathiser.

Iran's new president created a sense of outrage in the west yesterday by describing Israel as a "disgraceful blot" that should be "wiped off the face of the earth". Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who is more hardline than his predecessor, told students in Tehran that a new wave of

Palestinian attacks would be enough to finish off Israel.
The populist leader's comments [See footnote], reported by the state-run media, come at a time when Tehran is under pressure over its suspect nuclear weapons ambitions and alleged involvement in attacks on British troops in Iraq.

He said: "Anybody who recognises Israel will burn in the fire of the Islamic nation's fury, [while] any [Islamic leader] who recognises the Zionist regime means he is acknowledging the surrender and defeat of the Islamic world." He was addressing a conference titled The World Without Zionism

No, not what I asked for as I'm already familiar with that.

The other poster claimed multiple Muslim countries have threatened to nuke Israel.

You provided the quote of one past leader and nothing about nuking.

Those quotes are inextricably tied in with Iran’s nuclear policy and ambitions.

No Muslim country is going to nuke the holy land.

But the rhetoric is clear and can’t be ignored. Especially by Israel.

Obviously we all want the violence to stop. But in all the condemnation of Israel, the role of Hamas is getting very little mention. Hamas carried out the initial attack in the full knowledge of how Israel would react. They’re the ones that have consigned the very people they are supposed to be protecting to this slaughter.

JA being what it is, I guess I best point out that this isn’t a defence of Israel, but a condemnation of a terrorist group.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

There’s been so little condemnation of them even after they stated they wanted to repeat the attacks of October 7th and essentially wipe Israel from the map.

The Israeli hostages have largely been forgotten as well. No one who is calling for a ceasefire is calling for their release.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who's not condemning Hamas?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Where has the condemnation of them been over the last week since they made their comments about wanting to repeat the October 7th attacks? There hasn’t been any obvious or open condemnation from those marching for Palestine against Hamas, at least none that I can see from any footage. There was even a guy who turned up to a protest with a sign that read ‘Hamas are terrorists’ and he was met with open hostility.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh, so you want people to parrot the government and condemn Hamas morning and evening to deflect attention away from Israel's war crimes and genocide?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Clearly you have picked your side and won't condemning Hamas anytime soon.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Already condemned them for any targeting of civilians.

But they're not the underlying problem — they're a symptom, not the cause.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Hmmm. Things have certainly escalated since 7 Oct, no?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, but still the occupation is the underlying problem.

Until Palestinians are treated equally, nothing changes.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

That’s isn’t the aim for Hamas though, is it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And what's Israel's aim really?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

To be a homeland for the Jewish people.

Hi RDD. Just doing a bit of research. As it stands would you vote for Reform over the conservatives?
