This is how it is over a year from it actually starting?

It's gonna go a bit mental on here when it does start, I tried Googling the whole thing and am still none the wiser, to be fair of they did cheat I expect they'll get punished, to what level I've no idea, of they didn't cheat then I'll just let it go, football will crack on either way

Zero doubt they are guilty. Also zero doubt they get off very very lightly.

Maybe a ten point deduction and perhaps a transfer ban or something pointless.

A whole year still to wait. But it will be worth the wait to see City stripped of all their titles, and relegated down several leagues.

Awful cheating club along with Chelsea.

The 115 charges can be broken down into just five categories.
1) Manager remuneration - this has to do with £1.7m Al Itihad paid to Mancini in 2009. The PL thinks that City is indirectly paying him this money.
2) Etisalat sponsorship. The amount involved here is £15m per year. The PL alleges that City's owners are actually paying this money via the telecom company. Also included in here is player remuneration. The PL alleges that City did not fully declare monies paid to certain players.
3) PSR. If the above charges are proven, then City could fail the PL PSR.
4) UEFA FFP. Similar to 3 above
5) Non cooperation.

Most of these charges came from the Der Spiegel email leaks.
Remember that when UEFA charged and punished City, they could not provide any evidence to support their allegations when asked at CAS.

As you can see, the amounts involved are not material but the 115 has made some rival fans to think it runs into hundreds of millions of pounds.

Did United or Liverpool lose the PL title to City in 2012 and 2014 because Al Itihad paid Mancini £1.7m in 2009? Really?

This is how desperate these clubs are to remove City from the PL because they can't compete on the pitch.

Cheers for the summationeasier to understand than what I read online

As these kinda "charges" are fairly new to football I'd not wager a pound on what way it will fall and do agree that the 115 number makes it a bit more sensational and also more complicated than say a single charge?

Whatever happens Re City I do feel this is but the tip of the iceberg EPL wise but also think that other leagues seem less concerned and that might need UEFA involved?

115 charges in mental.

Can they honestly be innocent of all the charges?

Seems unlikely to me, but we shall see....

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who cares what they say? Do YOU think City aren't cheats? Do you need their kangaroo court to confirm to you that City are cheats? Are you waiting with bated breath to find out if City doped the fack out of football?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can you provide an example of how City cheated?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes I can. Thank you for this question. It's a very good question btw.

Just look at when City were charged, found guilty and punished for cheating. Is that example enough for ya?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who punished City for cheating and when?

In 2014, City were fined for exceeding the spending limit allowed for FFP. If this is what you were referring to, then this makes ALL clubs in Europe (including United) who have been fined for breaking FFP cheats.

If not, then please can you elaborate further so others can read how City cheated.

Did they bribe match officials or fixed matches?

How exactly did City cheat?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're wasting my time making me explain the obvious just because you're defending the indefensible. Clubs don't exceed FFP limits for the same reasons. United got hit by COVID and have still been punished, Everton were reckless and have been punished, yet you think City are being witch hunted you deluded muppet.

What's City's excuse for exceeding FFP limit? Of course they have their excuses but everyone knows it was nothing but doping. So all clubs that break FFP for cheating purposes are cheaters and should be punished accordingly. United and Everton didn't have 115 charges though.

They couldn't provide evidence that wasn't time barred or somehow under limitations because of City's antics, noncooperation and intentional delaying of he case.

Those limits do not apply this time.

You are lying to yourself and spreading falsehoods.

No, there was also the other cheatings. Like City's entire revenue not being enough to pay just player wages alone, leave alone the tea lady for 3 consecutive years and still didn't get wound up.

You need to really think about the impact of allowing a club to do that. Pretending like the payment to Mancini had nothing to do with his wages being taken off the books You think people are stoopid.

Why do you think they brought in FFP? To slow City down from their ruination football. City were signing Robinho on Bournemouth level income. Their owners needed to set up fake sponsorships from their cousins and fake consultancies fast, so that the revenue can look like it's covering the expenditure.

Who knows what City would have done by now if not challenged? Football as we know it wouldn't exist.

I know you're gonna deny this but I just wanted to let you know that everybody except perhaps City fans knows that this is what happened. Keep yapping away and hoping your owners can wriggle out. It doesn't matter. Everybody knows and will always know.

We didn't withold information from CAS and copoperated with them all the way as they were a neutral panel rather than a group of rival CFO's.

I wonder if Liverpool hacking City's database will come up during the hearing?

I hope so.

City fans.

Takeover was in 2008. You're cleverly providing a different page to try to cheat.

Ad what do attendances have to do with this? You've got nothing but had to say something.
