What on earth was Wildsmith thinking!!?? But no matter. A fantastic comeback. Did we tot up a record number of corners? Oxford's tactics played right into our hands as they did not get a look in second half.

Cashin brilliant again and how good to see Thommo looking bright and fit.

Next game we need a full Pride Park and 100% noisy backing throughout. I'm sure we will get it.

Glad to hear you've moved on from people, Vidals. Important first step.

At 2-0 I feared this might be revenge for Dean Saunders and Trevor Hebberd. The mood exacerbated by poor reporting from Ang and View. Turns out is was all part of the plan..

3 midfielders, 3 goals, 3 points. Jobs a goodun.

Full credit to our manager. A couple of months ago I could not see how we were going to have a chance of success with the way we were playing. We seemed turgid and predictable and it looked as though the players had no faith either in what they were being asked to do.

One tweak that seems to have made a huge difference is playing Hourihane as the deepest lying midfielder. He’s no Thorne or even a Eustace in that position but he is a smart player and has been able to knit the play from the back so that we are no longer just launching long diagonal balls. We still like to get it out wide but there is more purpose and variation in how we do it. Individuals like Wilson have blossomed. The bedrock has been the solidity of the centre half pairing. Nelson is my POTY so far for his understated consistency but Cashin has been incredible. He has no right to be as good as he is: he’s not that tall and he’s not that quick and yet he beats opponents in the air who are six inches taller and seems never to be out-run. How does this happen?

But top marks to Paul Warne. It does now feel as though something is starting to build here.

I just hope the P/boro game is not a case of "after the lord mayor's show", really need to win that one.!

Last night is best game I have seen Derby play, apart from the first quarter of the game. Derby could & should have doubled the score. If we can put that kind of performance in for the majority of the remaining games we have a very good chance of going up.

Not looking forward to the transfer window opening, we could lose a few players.
Cashin, Bird, Thommo, and there is talk of a few cluba after NML.
