RAN has fantastic close control and short passing skills, along with other attributes such as pace , and I expect City or Arsenal to make a big offer for him at some stage soon

Yeah, this is the reality. This summer i suspect we see it.

😂 oops
“I suspect he’ll go back to Mexico, or a Championship club, certainly finished as a top level striker”
I'm sure last season Wolfie was saying RAN was good going forward but poor defensively, so Bueno was better. Weird how that narrative has suddenly flipped.
I think we needed to move on from Jimenez. If he was still here, Hwang wouldn't have had as many chances through the middle and we likely wouldn't have scored as many. Jimenez probably needed the fresh start as well.
It would be great to still have Jimenez as an option though. We really need a more mobile option to come on up front. We always lose something when Sasa comes on as he lacks the pace to press as effectively as the other forwards.
Was a great atmosphere at Molineux yesterday. We've had a few good victories this season but just about the first time for a long time that I can remember totally dominating the opposition.
Wandering what will happen when Neto is fully fit. If he returns to the form at the beginning of the season it's hard to see how he could be left out. That said there's no way Hwang or Cunha could be dropped. That might mean a very difficult decision (but a nice one to have) about Sarabia who, I feel, has improved a great deal. How many matches will Hwang miss when he plays for Korea?
It will be quite hard for Tommy Doyle when Lemina returns too. He's still young though so his chance will come. Is he on loan, if so will we get the chance to keep him, hope so.
Had no problem with him leaving, it was time i think but that said, no doubt he is still effective at this level and would have been a useful option at times.
Just pleased for him more than anything.
My thoughts too Cinci, hope he scores plenty, just not against us.
With regard to RAN, still my view is that he is a better wing back than Bueno but Hugo is the better full back
To be honest I don't think either of them are great defenders, but agree that RAN is better going forward. Exciting and skilful player that will only get better.

I believe we have an obligation to buy Doyle so he’ll be our player in the summer.
Hwang misses four games for the Asian Cup which is why there’s an urgency to bring in a new centre forward. Sarabia will be unlucky to be left out, but to me if Neto is fit he plays. We could play Sarabia and Neto either side of Cunha but that’s not Cunha’s best position.
But all that is for GON to sort out. What’s great for the club is that we have more than 11 players that can do the business

RAN is better all round. He will go to a big club and play in a back 4. It's unlikely Bueno will ever get that opportunity.
Watched the Fulham game on tv today. Raul will never quite be the player he was before his injury but on today’s showing he looks a much better player than he did for Wolves last season,
Always felt that if he started games again he would eventually find his way.
But lets be honest, the highlight here is that Wolfie was proved very wrong
Wolfie did say he couldn’t see where the goals were going to come from. I guess we only got 9 in our last 3 games
Amazing we have 30 goals already, I don't think many saw that coming. One goal shy of last seasons total.
No doubt we are starting to fix our forward play issues of recent years but what is different?
Personally think the much more mobile midfield is a big part more than anything.
All this bollox about RAN, just because I said he wouldn't be missed.
Come on Wolfie
New year soon, let's all bury the hatchet for a while at least.
Who is player of the half season then gents?
Lemina for me
Lemina definitely for me too.
Some close runners though.

I think all our forwards play with more freedom now. They all play to their strengths. Hwang is allowed to play more centrally and be direct when he gets the ball. It means we see him in and around the penalty area and playing on the shoulder of the last man, rather than being stuck out wide and having to be involved in his own half.
Cunha is given freedom and able to pick the ball up in positions he can drive with it. Sarabia is picking out passes from drifting inside from wide positions. Neto has been running at defences again this season, which he hadn't done since his injury.
I think the mobile midfield has helped with this, but I also think Nuno, Lage and Lopetegui all had a system they wanted to play and the players had to fit it (which had varying degrees of success for all of them). I actually think GON is a very good coach who is building a team around players strengths and that is paying off in an attacking sense.
Lemino here too.
Totally hypothetical question, arising out of a chat at the ground yesterday . . .
We sign Neves back in January - does he get in the team?
