Diogo Jota has become a complete shathouse, absolute blatant joke of a dive but gets away with it. If refs can't differentiate between that and an actual foul there's no hope.

I'm happy to admit that I'll keep mocking him whilst he posts like he does.

I ignored him for 6 months before and he didn't change. If he starts posting sensibly without the digs at everyone else and starts admitting when he is wrong rather that being abrasive, then I'll happily leave it. He won't though. He'll continue to do it and then blame everyone else.

Interesting to see what kind of team we put out at Brentford in the cup on Friday. Quite often we see multiple changes to the team in cup games. But with no other games for the club for 17 days afterwards, there’s no real need to rest players.

We will be without Hwang, Ait Nouri and Traore so need to give game time to players likely to replace them in upcoming league games. That should certainly mean a start for Hugo Bueno and giving some match time to Neto.

If GON does decide to give chances to some of the young players then that could bring Enso Fernandez, Nathan Fraser, Tiwanda Chirewa into the equation and maybe Yerson Mosquera who is back from his loan in USA.

I would not like to see a weakened team for the cup game as you say there is no need and would love a decent cup run plus am going to the game

Having conducted some limited research I can see the merit in the nomination

Re the Brentford game, think we can make changes without playing a weakened side, the Buenos, Doherty, Doyle, Sasa, Neto, possibly Bentley, can all come in to the team without resorting to the kids. Made sense to give Fraser and Hodge time against Blackpool but even a weakened Brentford away is not one for the kids if we want to progress.

To deliberately not field your strongest team is tantamount to cheating imo.

We will field as strong a side as possible, i don't have any doubt about that this Friday.

After three games in six days a team with some fresh legs might turn out to be stronger than a team of what we might see as our first choice eleven. And after the way we’ve played in games without the likes of Neto, Lemina and Dawson and now without Hwang and Ait Nouri, I’m sure there’d be many different views on what our strongest team would be
