I know Silva has played striker for us, and he will have to a good bit more now....if we struggle for goals from him and Dessers, I won't be the least bit surprised

As for the pojt about the Aris game....Danilo was fit, and played....the point was, if you read the post, was that we were chasing a goal to win that game, Dessers was fully fit and on the bench, but was not brought on in a game that we desperately needed a second goal in...we are now relying on that player to be our number one striker for the next 5-6 months

Is there anything to be said for a debate about earnings from the CL compared to the EL?!

Yep, quality first XI signings required … ended up with probably a 4th choice winger (certainly behind Palma, Maeda and Abada), and what very much looks like a 3rd choice striker. Fecking genius.

Good luck to the guy. No great loss to us really, but hope he does OK elsewhere. Some turnaround … in July BR preferred him to Hatate, 6 months later oot the door.
