Sure, there's a very high likelihood we go through to the final next-week Tuesday but that's a terrible way to start the two-legged tie.
Could not have asked for better favorable circumstances and opponent, given the injury crisis.
Everytime you lot look like you have turned a corner, you then go and play like that.
How has Cole Palmer become your most important player inside 6 months.
You lot are baffling at the moment
mental how a team that spends almost half a billion on players has a bench like that!!
Well, that's not the brightest of comments
In our defence that is due to our injury list of 12 key squad (25) being out.
We have in fact spent over 1 bln on new players in this rebuild by Bohley - Clearlake.

every club has injuries , it happens. for eg for the last two months my club have been having to play a RB and CB as our two CM's. We spent big on a striker only to have his skull fractured early in the season, come back 2 games then out for the season requiring knee surgery. another 4 of our players have season long injuries.
thing is medical supervision is far more meticulous than ever and sports scientists opinions are pretty strong now. Injuries will continue to become more and more prevalent IMO.
Not every club has these injuries though. Chelsea have the most injuries of any club in europe the last 3 years.

Again baffling given how young a lot of your players are and the fact you are not in Europe so not over burdened with fixtures.
I doubts it’s Poch’s training methods either as I don’t remember anything like this at Spurs.

not sure why you've put that...doesn't have any relevance to what I said.
In terms of days/games out, we've had the most injuries of any team in the last 3 years.
Was the highest in the PL in 21/22. Second highest I believe last year in 22/23 and us and man utd have the highest this season so far this season.
Can't remember where I find the average on twitter over the last few season but will have a look and see if I can find it.
Some of Chelsea injuries are for players that are generally injury prone though anyway. It seems to me that Chelsea have had a combination of the normal amount of injuries from game volume, plus the players that generally struggle with injuries.
Enzo and Caicedo must be the worst value pound for pound central midfield ever created.
