Well we have plummeted to 4th, but used up our games in hand. Bolton progressing. Still 7 points clear of 7th. All to play for............
Mark my words, Derby will be in League 1 next season. Nowhere near good enough. Best supported side in League 1, can’t say the same the same if the management of the team.

Thar was awful. Just failed with the basics. Got to have perspective though and look at the progress in the last 3 months.
You are a depressing lot. It was "like Brazil" a fortnight ago.

I see progress in points picked-up, otherwise on the pitch, nothing.

Genuinely gutted tonight, at a bare minimum I’m happy with effort, have been watching Reading regularly this season and to be out worked and out thought is pretty depressing
If someone offers anything for Bird, please sell him. Slows the game down, can't wait to get rid of the ball (usually backwards) and hides behind oppo players.
I think we have progressed on the pitch. A bit. We are allowed blips. Don't agree about Bird, I think he is class but I may be wrong..
Bird is the sort of player who might look OK in a good side, where a better player does all the work.

Agreed but didn’t think i would get to this point, yes he would look good in a diff side, just not the one we have
We got exactly what we deserved - nowt. Only two of ours really turned up with any lasting spark - Nelson and Elder. The latter was excellent and if he keeps this up Fozzie will find it hard to get back in. Reading were not great but they did the simple things much better than us. Why oh why did every pass have to be special instead of simple; where was the bite in midfield esp when the ref was so poor and did not seem to have a definition of a foul in his lectionary; why did so many of ours keep running into trouble? Mystifying! Then to cap it all it looked as though JJ may have picked up a serious injury right at the end. The times we have wasted opps to make progress!
PS CBT showed glimpses of what he can do and based on this game we are going to need him. Thommo was quite bright and did not really deserve to go off but something had to be done.
I believe these are fair comments based on this one game - not unjustified at all.
Balance is everyting. Always tempting to single out individuals when we lose. I thought that we were poor all over the pitch tomight. Basic errors. Look after the ball etc.
