The unpredictability of test match cricket is why it is the best format of the game.

this would be one of the most remarkable turnaround test match wins i ever remember england pulling off.
i struggle to think actually of anything that would beat it (apart from 81 obviously but that was a bit before my time).

2019 headingly

This one would beat it for me.
That was an 80 run last wicket stand.
But this one England were buried. 30 runs behind 5 down.
It's at least a conversation.

I tend to agree given its away in India.
England losing reviews again.
such a weird review/reaction from foakes that.
Not much confidence in Rehan. 1 over so far.
Top fight back from England. India have well and truly chocked here and deserved too.
First boundary in a while

Can't think of one for England. Only India vs Austdalia 2001 2nd test with Laxman's 281 would beat it worldwide imo - and even there india were the home side.

Hartley's performance has probably limited his bowling time. Wouldn't be surprised to see him come on shortly if Leach can't bowl many.

I'm sure there's other examples for non English teams.
Lara had one against Australia.

Such a shame Stokes can't bowl. His reverse swing is exactly what we need for the balanced attack.
England have messed this up and India will cruise it
