Seems incredible that the club failed to do “due diligence” relating to his medical history? The guy has a huge list of previous knee surgery and lengthy spells in the treatment room.
I recall during the welcome video that the club put on their website, that you could clearly see three long scars on each knee when he was undergoing his medical
Clue was right there fellas…
I guess that means he'll be back at Molineux and on the treatment table.
We shall see, hopefully it is minor but it won't do his confidence in his knee any good if it was linked. If it is his knee again that is probably it for him at the top level and we will have lost any hopes of getting some money back.

Sasa has gone down injured again with nobody near him, looks similar ro how he did his knee with us. I fear the worst.

Argh, that's terrible news if true, comes across as a really sound bloke, gutted for him.
it was only 11 mins into the game incidentally
The Saudi team of Ruben Neves won again today. They haven’t lost any of their 20 league games so far and head the league by 7 points. Presume the title would earn Ruben a bonus, maybe a camel
Photos of Sasa leaving the field show him looking pretty distressed. Guess he would recognise the feeling of an acl having suffered twice before. Let’s hope those worst fears don’t materialise
some talk it may have been an ankle issue.
Wolves women played Albion today in the Birmingham Challenge Cup semi final. Albion took a 2 goal lead but it wasn’t enough as Wolves squared it up at 2-2 before going through to the final on penalties
Bayern Munich have won the German Bundesliga for the last 11 seasons but maybe not this season. They scored first at mid table Bochum today but lost 3-2. That leaves them 8 points behind Bayer Leverkusen who are unbeaten so far this season under the management of Xabi Alonso who is tipped to be Liverpool manager next season. Leverkusen have finished runner up in the Bundesliga 5 times but have never won it, until maybe this season.

Alonso is doing brilliantly. They dismantled Bayern last week 3-0. Funny to see Kane trophyless if it happens.
Hilarious that Harry Kane moved for guaranteed trophies and could end up finishing second.
Man City have produced a number of players with great potential through their academy including Phil Foden, Cole Palmer and our own Tommy Doyle. And it looks like we might have signed another potential star from them in Matthew Whittingham. The 19 year old has u21 stats covering City and now Wolves of 43 appearances, 10 goals and 12 assists and is being tipped to break into our first team squad in the next year

Been mocked for years as Neverkusen.
It is mad if he ends the season with nothing to show for it

Can't honestly remember of Podence is on loan or if he's moved permanently??
For me Podence at Wolves was always one of those "not quite" players. Occasional moments of brilliance interspersed with long periods of tippy-tappy nonsence and lots of diving.
We actually managed to get a 1.5m loan fee for him too.
He's still one of our players by the way and has another year left on his contract.

I think this is fair comment, good shot for that goal but would rarely get that time in the Prem, we should get a reasonable fee for him surely?
Don’t think Podence would be getting into our current team. Not sure how much we could get for him. If he wants to stay in Greece probably not much cause there’s not much money in football over there. Hope might be if a lower, perhaps newly promoted Premier League team took an interest in him
Eintract have confirmed that Sasa has suffered 'a rupture of the cruciate and lateral ligaments in his right knee'.
So not the left knee that he injured last season this time so I guess there's a chance still that he could get that one fixed up and stronger than before but that's clutching at straws really. Bloody awful news.
